T. J. Gentry is the Senior Minister at First Christian Church. He is married to Amy and they are blessed with five children. T. J. is a graduate of Southern Illinois University (BA), Luther Rice College and Seminary (MA), Liberty University (MAR, MDiv, ThM), and Piedmont International University (DMin, PhD). He has been in Christian ministry since 1984, is a veteran of the United States Army as a Chaplain Assistant and a Chaplain and holds board certification as a pastoral counselor. His life verse is Galatians 2:20, “I have been crucified with Christ, and I no longer live but Christ lives in me.”
