The doctrine of the incarnation. The doctrine of the incarnation. God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are entities corresponding to man. Genesis 126 says that God made man in his image. In his image he created him. In his spiritual image, in his blood flowing likeness, and in his sovereign image. His image was the spiritual image, the Holy Spirit, the blood flowing likeness, the Son of God that was to become, and also the sovereignty of the Father. In Genesis, the 126, it states that fact. In Genesis also, God told Abraham that in his seed, the singular, that he would bless all nations. And that seed was the person of Jesus Christ. In the book of Hebrews, it talks about the incarnation. In the book of Ephesians, it talks about the incarnation. In the book of Colossians, it talks about the incarnations. Let's go to Colossians for a moment. Colossians the first chapter then we'll go to Galatians the fourth chapter It says here In verse number 13 it says through his incarnation In verse number 12 or 11 Strengthened with all power according to his glorious might just think about the weight of the glory of God for a moment the weight of the glory of God The weight of it If we talked about the glory of God, we'd go from Genesis through Revelation and we could see this But as we see the glory of God, we see it through the Son of God his incarnation in the Old Testament there when God led Israel out of Egypt and He led them out with the Shekinah glory of God, and that Shekinah glory represented Jesus Christ. It settled over the mercy seat of the Ark of the Covenant, and they saw the glory of God. In the temple, when Solomon had built the temple, God took possession of that temple in His Shekinah glory. Jesus Christ came into this world, it says in Galatians 4 and 4. For when the fullness of time hath come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law that he might redeem those that are under the law." Redemption of us was because of the doctrine of the Incarnation. Many religious groups do not believe that God became flesh. That he became flesh. He became related to us. In Colossians it says here, giving thanks to the father who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints and light. For he delivered us from the domain of darkness and transfers unto the kingdom of his beloved son. His beloved son became flesh. In whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. We have redemption. God redeems us because he became flesh and dwelt among us. Just think about Jesus Christ born into this world. In Matthew and Mark and Luke and John, it talks about Jesus Christ being born into the world, born of a virgin, born Mary from Mary. Mary was a direct descendant of David. The son of David would sit on the throne and he would sit on the throne forever and ever. He'll sit on the throne for 1,000 years in heaven there in the millennial reign. This is the son of God. Probably David, the resurrected David, was set on the throne in the earth there in Jerusalem, in whom we have redemption and forgiveness of sins. And he is the image of the invisible God. It says here, the administrator, the foresburn, The firstborn of all creation it actually said the mid the head of all creation It said he is a head of all creation Jesus Christ that was born into this world born an infant Born helpless as a little infant in world just think about God the Son as a helpless infant in his mother's arms and God put himself in great jeopardy to redeem us. It's for in him all things were created, both in the heavens and upon the earth, and that John, the first chapter, tells us the same thing. In him all things were created. This is God the Son, as he stood and spoke everything into existence. Him all things were created both in the heavens and upon earth visible and invisible where thrones or dominions or rulers or Authorities all things have been created through him and for him It's talking about Jesus Christ Jesus Christ redeemed us because he is our he is of us and He has a human form a human body and when he has a human form human body Then he's related to us and he's our Goel our kinsman's Redeemer and therefore he can buy us Buy us back The first Adam gave us gave the world into the hands of Satan again the second Adam overcame death hell and the grave He didn't stay dead when he died on the cross Calvary. He had to die The death that's the priest described thing that he was going to die and he is before all things in him All things are held together He is the head of the body the church and he is the beginning They're firstborn from the dead ones So that he himself might come to have first place in everything For it was a God father's good pleasure For all the fullness of God to dwell in Jesus Christ, that tells us that he is deity. And through him to reconcile all things to himself. How? Because God became flesh. The doctrine of the incarnation. God became flesh. And through him to reconcile all things to himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross. The blood that Jesus Christ shed on the cross of Calvary and there on Pontius Pilate's court floor was divine blood. It was divine blood. That blood came from God the Father. All men are of one blood, all of Adam. We are one flesh. That means that we have one mother. And the sin nature that we have in every one of us comes from our father. Jesus Christ father was God He had a mother that formed his body in human in the human environment in the womb of a woman The womb that was sacred That brought forth the Son of God it brought forth other children later Mary had quite a few children But that time the womb of God Was in that woman It says here, and although you were firmly alienated and hostile in mind, engaged in evil deeds, yet he has reconciled you in his fleshly body. Jesus Christ was the flesh of mankind and the person of God. The doctrine of the incarnation. It says, Reconciled you in his fleshly body through death in order that to present you before him holy and blameless and beyond reproach And now in Galatians the fourth chapter again So also we while we were children were held in bondage under the elemental things of the world But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his son born of a woman, Genesis 315. After Adam and Eve sinned, God promised the seed of the woman that her seed, not Adam's seed, but her seed would wrestle down Satan and overcome him forevermore. Matthew the fourth chapter talks about the temptation of Jesus Christ Jesus Christ was real human He understands our temptations. He understands hunger. He understands chocolate He understands all the thing that are in the world today the temptations of food of the Flesh of pride and everything like that. He saw all of that he experienced All of that Around him When the fullness of time came, God sent forth his son, born of a woman, born under the law, in order that he might redeem those that were under the law, that we might receive, weothecia. It says there in Greek, the placing of sons. Then we become children of God. When we're born into this world, we're born of our fathers. But when we're born again, we're born of God, because Jesus Christ died on the cross. God became flesh and dwelled among us, that we might have life. doctrine of the incarnation and Because you are the sons of God God has sent forth the spirit of his son to our hearts crying daddy daddy We experience the father's grace We experience the redemption of the son and we experience the comfort of the Holy Spirit the comfort of the Holy Spirit Therefore you're no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then you are heir through God. Paul is talking to the churches of Galatia here that were pagans. He said, but now he'll come to know God, or rather to be known of God, who is at you to turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things from which you desire to be enslaved over again. They were worshiping demons. He said, those demons are not God. It says, however, at the time when you did not not go, God, you were slaves to those which by nature are not God. The people worship rocks. They worship Buddha. They worship trees. Some people do. Some people worship their cars and their homes. Some people worship their bank accounts. These are no gods, people. He said, don't observe days and months and seasons and years. I fear that you have labored over you in vain. John, the first chapter, we've said this a million times, but we'll say it a million more times, maybe. John 1 and 1, it talks about the incarnation here. This is it. This is Genesis 3 15 revealed to us It says and John 1 and 1 in the beginning kept on being the Jehovah we're going to translate this as it comes from really the Hebraisms John was a Hebrew and he used Hebraisms and this there were so many Hebraisms here you if you don't understand the Hebrew is and you don't get what's there in The beginning kept on being the Jehovah and Jehovah kept on being an inseparable part of from Godhead Jesus Christ is Jehovah Jehovah cannot be separated from God Jesus was always God and when he was born into this world, he would became man And he became our Redeemer He was in the beginning with God it says and all things came into him being through him apart from him Nothing came in being that is coming to begin in the end to being and that's what we have the Colossians the first chapter again That came from John the first chapter in verse 3 in him was life and life was the light of man Jesus Christ came into this world to give all mankind life before Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary Mankind only had the hope of salvation we have Salvation have been earned for us now Salvation has been become real at the cross of Calvary, and salvation becomes solid and confirmed in the resurrection. Because Jesus Christ died in flesh in the incarnation and was raised in flesh, in glory. And the light shines in the darkness, the darkness does not want to receive it or to grasp it or hold on to it, is what it says in the original language. John said, John the Apostle said or John the Baptist said that is that he was sent before the Messiah to point him out and Declare that he was the Messiah and Malachi tells us that That there would be a forerunner before Jesus like a king Jesus was the king of glory He's it was born It says here in verse 12, but as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become children of God. He gave them the authority to become children of God. And we do that by saying, God, please forgive me and save my soul. I believe that you have paid my price, my redemption through your son, because he became flesh. And he died on the cross of Calvary, and he rose again for me. He died for our sins and rose for our justification. Children of God, even to those who believe in His name, who were born not of blood, nor of the will of flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God, God birthed you. When you felt a conviction of the Holy Spirit of God, and it came into your heart, and it led you to God, it led you to ask God to forgive you of our sins, of your sins. We all have them. and to save your soul. And the Word became flesh, and Jehovah became flesh. John 1, 14. And the Word of Jehovah became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. Isn't that beautiful? Full of grace and truth. And the word became flesh. That's all it means. Jehovah became flesh. That's a fulfillment of Genesis 315. That's a fulfillment of Galatians 4 and 4. That's a fulfillment of Colossians, the first chapter. That's a fulfillment of the whole book of Hebrews. And in Revelation, the 19th chapter, it tells us about it all. So again, John the third scepter said, for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him should not perish. But what? have life eternal, for God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might have life through him. The world was already condemned. All that God would have had to do is say, well, I'm not sending my son. I'm not going to redeem anything. But Jesus Christ redeemed all of mankind by what we might call by merit. He died for all mankind, but those that come to him Confessing that are the called they have eternal life now John 1 night scene says no man has seen God at any time The only begotten God but it says but the only begotten God the one being in the bosom of the father He has led himself out And not a beautiful thing God let himself out of eternity into space and time, but he let himself out into a fragile baby. Now, angels protected him. Joseph and Mary protected him. Mary was not the mother of God. She was the vessel that God used to bring forth that child. Joseph wasn't a saint that Earned so many merits that you can pray to Joseph and you can get to heaven or he'll intercede for you The Bible said there's only one intercessor between man and God and that's Jesus Christ Because he became flesh and he died for us on the cross of Calvary And Luke in the gospel of Luke And the first chapter Verse number 18 is that Christ said the angel how shall I know that this for certain for I am an old man and my wife is advanced in years And the angel answered and said to him, I am Gabriel, who stands before the presence of God, and I have been sent to you to speak to you and to bring you good news. And behold, you shall be silent and unable to speak until the day when these things take place, because you did not believe my words, and which shall be fulfilled in proper time, in the fullness of time. God was going to send the forerunner of Jesus. He was preordained, it says in the book of Matthew, to come and to proclaim the way of the Lord. It says on down here, it says, now in the sixth month, the angel Gabriel was sent from God to the city in Galilee called Nazareth, and a virgin engaged to a man whose name was Joseph of the descendants of David, and the virgin's name was Mary. And coming in, he said to her, hail, favored one. The Lord is with you. Now, the Catholic Church has made this into a whole prayer, a blasphemy in all reality. But she was greatly troubled at this statement and kept pondering what kind of salutation this might be, what's going on around here. And the angel said to her, do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God. Behold you will conceive in your womb and bear a son and you shall call his name Jesus Jehovah saves that's what Jesus means a soos Yahshua And he will be great and he will be called the son of the Most High God and The Lord will give him the throne of his father David Jesus earned that throne and he will reign over the house of Judah forever and and his kingdom shall have no end. This is the doctrine of the incarnation. And Mary said to the angel, how can this be, since I am a virgin? And the angel answered and said to her, the Holy Spirit shall come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you, and for the reason the Holy Offspring shall be called the Son of God. This is the incarnation. And behold, even your relative Elizabeth has conceived and a son in her old age, and she will be called barren. And now in her six months, who was called barren? For nothing will be impossible with God. And Mary said, behold, the bond slave of the Lord, be it done to me according to your word. And the angel departed from her. And Elizabeth heard Mary greeting the baby, leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. John the Baptist was born and dwelt by the Holy Spirit of God. And she cried with a loud voice and said, blessed among women, you are blessed as the fruit of your womb. And how has it happened to me that the mother of my Lord shall come to me? And Mary said, my soul exalts the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God, my Savior. Jesus Christ, in her womb, was the God, her Savior. Jesus is our Savior. He was Mary's Savior. He was Joseph's Savior. He was Elizabeth's Savior, his required Savior. For he has had regard for the humble state of his bond slave. Behold from this time on all generations will count me blessed We are thankful that Jesus was born in this world For the mighty one has done great things for me and the holy is his name and his mercy is upon generation after generation Towards those who fear him those that will believe and call upon the name of the Lord have no fear We are children of the Most High God We are blessed beyond measure. He has done mighty deeds with his arm. Actually, with his might is what it's actually said. And he has scattered those who are proud in the thoughts of their heart, and he has brought down rulers from their thrones, and he has exalted those who were humble. He has pulled and filled the hungry with a good things and he has sent away the rich empty-handed and he has given help to Israel his servant in remembrance of his mercy and he has spoke to our fathers to Abraham and his offspring forever. The offspring was his seed. The seed was Jesus Christ, the incarnation of God in flesh. The incarnation is a necessity. The death, burial and resurrection of that incarnation is a necessity. Mary stayed with her about three months and then returned to her home. We see Jesus. We see Jesus. Now let's go look and see Jesus one last time. We see Jesus as a baby come into the world, the helpless little child. And now let's see Jesus as he is now, and as he shall be forevermore. Verse number 11, 19th chapter of the book of Revelation. And I saw heaven open, behold, a white horse. He sat upon his call, faithful and true, and in righteousness he judges and wages war. Society owes its constituent justice, but we are not getting it. Mankind has got very little justice from the times of Adam. Very little justice. America was an experiment that shall never be ever before, or I mean before never happened before and probably will never happen afterwards except in the millennium. And his eyes are a flame of fire, and on his head are many diadems. A diadem is a crown. It is a streamer, which means that he has conquered. Jesus conquered all things. He has a name written upon which no one knows except himself, that name Jehovah. We don't even know how to say it. We say Jehovah, but that's King James, people. We don't know how to say it. And he is clothed, the robe dipped in the blood of his name is called the word of God, Jehovah of God. And the armies which are in heaven clothed in fine linen and white and clean, and we're following him on white horses. Every one of these things is he has redeemed. Righteousness, the white, the white horses, the white clothing. We are clothed in the righteousness of God. And from his mouth comes a sharp sword, that with it he may smite the nations, he will rule them with a rod of iron, and he treads the winepress of the fierce wrath of God Almighty, El Shaddai. Jesus is El Shaddai, God Almighty. And on his robe, and on his thigh, is that an eye of the Naim. That's the Hebrew. Lord of Lord and King of Kings. King of Kings and Lord of Lords. This is the incarnation fulfilled. Do you believe in the incarnation fulfilled? Wherever you are out there, Jesus Christ is Jehovah of the Old Testament. Jesus Christ, by the promise of God, came into this world. He was born of this woman called Mary, a descendant of David, according to Luke, the third chapter. And this woman brought forth God the Son in flesh. His blood was the blood of the eternal God, not Joseph's. And the redemption through his life and death, burial and resurrection redeemed you and me and every human being that will ever be redeemed. I present the incarnation to you. I present Jesus to you from the Bible. Our Father, We send this message out for your honor and glory, the doctrine of the incarnation of your son. Thank you, father. We couldn't call you father without the incarnation. We couldn't call you father without the best barrel and resurrection that Jesus Christ paid for us because you loved us so much. From eternity past, you spoke that this would happen. Our savior stood as a lamb slain from eternity past before the foundation The world or anything else as a lamb slain to redeem us And give us eternal life Thank you father, please forgive me for a failure in Jesus name I pray amen
