Update on The Vault and Site development.
We have more or less completed setting up SITE #2. This second site for the Vault is much smaller than our Greenville location on the campus of Bob Jones University, but it plays a vital step in our mission to safeguard data and to distribute the heavy workload of SermonAudio. We need multiple Vault sites if we are serious about cutting loose from Big Tech's cloud. We don't even want to use Big Tech as a cloud failover when the Vault goes down. We want to use alternate Vault sites as a failover when the Vault goes down!
We've hit a big milestone of $700k raised.
Can there be any dispute? God is doing something — wonderful. There's no human explanation for why and how we are building this infrastructure. We just passed the $700k milestone of raised support for The Vault. Some have asked what will happen when we reach $1M? If we haven't finished building out the multiple Vault sites, we'll just have to keep going. But we must take this moment to thank God for His supreme mercy.

Big distraction for a small team of engineers.
We've got plenty to do with site development. In fact, we're in the middle of a massive WEBCAST architectural overhaul so that we'll soon have support for password-protected webcasts, support for viewing past webcasts, tighter integration with YouTube and Facebook, stronger multicast support, webcast health monitoring, SRT support, and a new webcast MULTIVIEW ... and all utilizing Vault infrastructure! There's so much more to come, not the least of which is GLOBAL SERMONS. It will happen this year.
Who has time to deal with hardware?
We don't really have the bandwidth, staff, or resources to deal with hardware. But we have no choice. We must keep pressing ahead. Nothing of true consequence comes without great cost and difficulty. Many of you have been with us since DAY ONE of this fantastic journey. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your support and friendship. God is the great author of everything, but He uses many humble instruments.
"The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it." Psalm 68:11
You are putting a great deal of trust in us and we understand the solemn responsibility. We're not perfect, but as God is our witness, we are giving it our all. Friends, I'm convinced -- the best is yet to be, the end is not yet, and yes, praise the Lord.
