Mainline Pastors Drive Growth in Pastoral Support for Same-Sex Marriage
Approval for same-sex relationships has grown among Protestant pastors, but a majority still disapprove.

A new survey from Nashville-based LifeWay Research asked Protestant pastors their thoughts on same-gender marriages and civil unions.

In the most recent survey, 24% of pastors say they see nothing wrong with two people of the same gender getting married. Almost three-quarters say they disagree (72%), with 67% strongly disagreeing.

The near quarter of pastors in support of same-sex marriage are up from previous LifeWay Research studies—20% in 2018 and 15% in 2010. ...

The names of those pastors polled should be fully disclosed to the consuming public. And its noteworthy that those pastors who are the most "educated" are the ones who are most accepting of same-sex marriage. Which proves Paul assertion that "Professing to be wise, they became fools."

""In the most recent survey, 24% of pastors say they see nothing wrong with two people of the same gender getting married""

In many churches today you find that they are under the satanic Liberalist worldly religion. Oh and they are P.C.

These are the religious reprobates who call themselves "christian?"

They have long since demonstrated that they do not believe the Bible. - Except the nice bits!!

Their religious ideology is worldly.

The Reformers came up with the expressions of "Visible church" - And "Invisible church"

So its no surprise that many church-goers are not real Christians. And as far as they are concerned the NEW definition of sin is whatever the person decides it to be.

Repentance of sin is no longer applicable to their doctrine. They are "nice" people whom their god just loves to bits because of all the good works they do.

The "Elect" are entirely different! - Thanks be to God. Amen.

Matt 22:12 .... Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 For many are called, but few are chosen."

Joseph D. Harder, Ph.D. wrote:
...reconstructionists follow the presuppositionalism of Cornelius Van Til (1895-1987), a professor at Westminster Theological Society, although Van Til himself had nothing to do with reconstructionism. Van Til taught that epistemologically, there is no neutral ground. All thought is based on presuppositions—foundational assumptions—and genuine discourse is impossible among those who hold different presuppositions.

While this has definite apologetic implications—it ruled out all evidentialist attempts to reason an unbeliever into faith, for instance—what it means politically is that reconstructionists accept no system that is not based entirely on God’s revelation, which they believe is contained in the Bible. Any system based on natural law is illegitimate because it is an outgrowth of alien presuppositions....

You wonder how many of their congregation support the sodomite cause like they do. And that might reveal a 'Cultural Divide' between them and their congregation.
This news story should be paired with the one about the decline of attendance at these congregations. Basically, people can find other ways to have the same opinion without spending money on someone's salary or a huge building with pipe organ. The Democrat Party is one place, and so is the local newspaper.

1Co 7:2 Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

The terms used here are gender specific and Paul clarifies that any sexual activity outside the parameters set forth here is immoral. I would like to hear how they work around this.

It's part of the early winnowing process, that it might be known who are the pastor patties and who the servants of God.
