At least 3 evangelical churches have been closed in Russia over the last 6 months, in spite of President Vladimir Putin's pledge at a recent conference to "do everything" to protect Christians in the Middle East.
Oryol Christian Evangelical Church of the Resurrection, Church of the Embassy of Jesus, Cathedral Church of the Word of Life, and possibly Novorossiysk Baptist church will all be closed following investigations by local officials that faulted them for questionable building code violations....
Man in all the nations, including US and UK, are trying to ReWrite the Scriptures. Closing churches and insisting that the people observe and obey the governing human authority and its political philosophy is rife within all nations.
In the western nations we find that man's humanistic 'religious(?) ideologies (eg: Liberalism) are taking precedent over all Christian organisations and Biblical doctrines.

Living in a fallen world Christians must accept that God's Word, Laws and doctrines are unacceptable to the reprobate and their way of life, viewpoints and mind set. Especially in the current zeitgeist and milieu.
