Franklin Graham calls out Bill Moyers for ignoring 'progressive' lies
As Democrats move their impeachment investigation into open hearings, veteran journalist Bill Moyers says he fears for the nation's survival, because a "democracy can die because of too many lies."
But Franklin Graham, CEO of the worldwide Christian ministry Samaritan's Purse, contends the real threat is the "lies" of the left.
"The lies of the progressive left and the hyper-liberal media are what is a serious threat to the future of our nation," Graham wrote on Facebook. "The Bible tells us, 'The Lord detests lying lips.'"
He was reacting to Moyers telling CNN on Sunday that for the first time in his "long life," he fears for the nation's survival....
Jim, Al Sharpton has gotten rich draining off funds from his charity organization, but you have never mentioned that while continually harping on the fact that Graham, like Sharpton, is a millionaire. Is it only sinful to be wealthy if you also happen to be white? Or does Weird Al get a pass because he’s a liberal bigmouth like you?
Do you really believe that Franklin Graham has dismantled the Evangelical movement? Haven't you paid attention to the plethora of news items posted here? Evanhleicals are more than capable of collapsing on their own, without any Graham's help.
In the end, the church is the Bride of Christ, not the creation of our own vile imaginations. Consider Psalm 100. We are the sheep of His pasture, He having made us, and not us ourselves. In the end, the Godhead gets the glory. You might start that now.

In addition to purveying the birther nonsense that helped to propel Donald Trump to political prominence, Franklin Graham suggested that President Barack Obama was not a Christian and might in fact be a secret Muslim....
Franklin Graham I don't think pointed out that Bill Moyers attack the birther lie❗

So Bill Moyers left the religious game, to go into politics--Franklin Graham uses religion to peddle his politics ❗👎
Revelation of John 21:8 But for the cowardly, unbelieving, sinners, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers,a idolaters, and all liars, their part is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.”
Being marginalized by the left has made Franklin and a few others angry. And since we have a constitution protecting the encroachment of a secular government religion against one’s personal faith, we will continue to spout out things about the lefts intension to end this nation. That’s what one should fear.
No, Jim, it is not the Right's fault that injustice exists. It is the fault of Adam and Eve, as son entered our world essentially thru them although Satan is the instigator.
The Progressive dream, capsulated in Lennon's song "Imagine," of a global utopia free of injustice thru humanism or some Amil view is an unachievable pipe dream. Not gonna happen, at least not thru our actions. Someday, Jesus will return, tred out the winepress, and dash the nations like a potter's vessel with His rod of iron.
Meanwhile, the Progressives have done everything they can to create injustice where it did not exist for the purpose of gaining power thru chaotic panic. Just cut it out...
DF, you should find the following quote interesting. Considering where it popped up at. This article will not please some Christians, but then some lefties aren't pleased with some "Christians" either.
From the Bill Moyers and Friends I suppose I'd called it a website:
Ken Levy wrote: To borrow from Martin Luther King Jr.’s “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” (April 16, 1963), we on the left are “not the creators of tension. We merely bring to the surface the hidden tension that is already alive. We bring it out in the open, where it can be seen and dealt with. Like a boil that can never be cured so long as it is covered up but must be opened with all its ugliness to the natural medicines of air and light, injustice must be exposed, with all the tension its exposure creates, to the light of human conscience and the air of national opinion before it can be cured.”

Good to see that Franklin Graham is really telling it like it is. He could also have asked Moyers about his experience as press secretary for LBJ, one of the most foul-mouthed presidents that this country has ever seen! He also had a lot of 'not nice' things to say about people like Martin Luther King, Jr. who he had his pit bull, J. Edgar Hoover, do intensive research on. If people would read that research today, they would have an 'irregular bowel movement' every time they saw some street named after him!
Common Sense wrote: If absolute "facts" do matter as stated then why weren't the Clinton's investigated and charged...for the past 20 years or so.
Great observation. I think that even though our value system says "no one is above the law", there are indeed some who are above the law. It is hypocrisy.
People like the Clintons probably have so much dirt of others that prosecuting them would be suicidal.
Bill Moyers is upset because there has been a slowdown in the radical left takeover of the country, and the drive to socialism, or worse. He's getting old, so maybe what he really "fears" is that he won't live long enough to see the coup through to fruition. It is amazing that leftists talk of democracy, while seeming to be totally oblivious to their drive to destroy it.

Do facts matter anymore? .... I think they do. I think they mattered in the Watergate hearings, in the Clinton hearings, and I think they’ll matter this time, too....
...I’m hoping only 10% of those people watch the hearings ... They will see it is not a witch hunt, and they will begin to doubt their master. And they will begin to break off and maybe become a citizen again....
