Anti-Abortion Protests Cost OB/GYN Clinic $1.5M Verdict in Georgia
For a period of years an OB/GYN who provided abortion services saw his Marietta, Georgia, clinic targeted by crowds of sign-waving, chanting protesters, and in 2012 his office was even hit by arsonists.
I think you have a valid point, Brother Tim. As much as I appreciate someone doing something legally about those who murder the unborn, there are two edges to that sword. The church that becomes beseiged by Antifa and other Progressive activists for standing on God's word and His standards can be found liable for inciting a riot.
As much as I abhor abortion, and despite the fact that I am elated that this particular clinic has gone out of business, this seems to me to be an unjust ruling. They are holding the abortionist accountable for the actions of others over whom he had no control. Think of the implications of using this as a legal precedent.
