Democrat senators threaten Supremes
A handful of Democrat senators – those who sit in judgment on nominees for the U.S. Supreme Court – are threatening the existing justices in the hope they will make decisions more to their liking – or face the possibility that the court will be “restructured.”

That, of course, is in direct conflict with the setup of the Supreme Court, in which five of the nine votes rule. In fact, progressives have used that fact to their advantage in cases like Obergefell, in which the progressive faction created in a decision “unrelated to the Constitution” the fact of same-sex “marriage” in the nation.

There has been considerable argument among Democrats running for the party’s nomination for president in 2020 that they’d like to “stack” the court, that is, add additional justices that they would pick to dilute the five-member majority that now rules. ...

It's a good question: why people watch mainstream media? Maybe because, that's what they've always watched, and are not going to change. Reminder to all: Fox News is a cable TV channel, and with more people cutting the cable, they will not get it. Instead, they will only watch 3 networks, all liberal and ranting against any conservative ideas. Oh, but if they only watch local news, they will still get the same liberal bent, since nearly all the people there are 'gunning for' a position on the Bigs (see movie, Ron Burgundy: Anchorman for an excellent coverage of local news). Just check the salaries of the anchors on the Bigs to see what I mean here.
Also, most of them are very attractive young people who do not want to espouse conservative opinions that would upset the people they run with.
I know people who believe CNN, MSNBC are Gospel Truth and will leave the room if I change the TV to Fox News. Every pundit on these liberal channels are considered to be Modern Prophets and they watch them in awe of their Great Intelligence.
Somewhere here among the posters is someone who will quote a 'conservative' voice offered on one of these channels. None of these voices are truly conservative. Just ask yourself, do they appear on Michael Savage's radio show? Mark Levin's? Sean H's?

'Very true, 'Christopher' about the Dems going nuts.
And this is why the country is so polarized today, with the media pounded constantly on President Trump, with all their voices enraged. No one who watches that for any length of time can come away without being impacted. Even their so-called 'conservative' voices they put on the screen are not, and you will never ever see them say, "Now, let's go to Sean Hannity (or Mark Levin, Michael Savage, or Rush Limbaugh)for his view on this issue"'

Hi DF...Polarized, for sure, and perfect choice of words. I've often wondered why people don't balance their news sources, but I was just now thinking that maybe it's because they simply believe the mainstream outlets they listen to, report all the news, as is, as in, fair and balanced, accurate, true, and unbiased. I can't imagine why anyone would ever pay any attention if they knew most of the reporting was mis-information and lies, no matter what party they associate themselves with. I think most are just ignorant and naive, believing all they hear, and the liberals have taken full advantage, and because of that, here we are...

Ultimately, these people are rejecting the Lord and His Christ. Trump is no example of a Christian, but he was put in place by the Lord, just like BHO, both Bushes, WJC, Regan, Carter, Ford, etc. At some level, Christians understand and accept the Lord's rule even while chaffing under whomever may be in office and pray for them.

These people, the Progressives, see themselves as god. They understand the rule of law enough to know that the use of judges to legislate is a means of pressing forth their agenda when legislative methods fail or are too slow. They will have their way and have it NOW, or else.

Psalm 2 still pertains after all these centuries. Presidents and commentators come and go. The Lord remains.

These people have gone mad from the rage within them since they lost their supreme seat of power. They've totally flipped, and whether it was his goal or not, Trump was able to draw out who they really are, in a very public way, and finally expose who they've always been. I just hope the American public sees it, because mainstream media does a great job taking the edge off, and making their madness appear justified; deflecting everything back to Trump.

Now, they threaten to restructure the Supreme Court if they don't start getting their way? I just can't even begin to imagine the state of this nation shortly after they regain power, if/when they do.
