Neuroscientist Stephen Sammut saw a scientific gap in research on the effects of drug-induced abortion and decided to tackle it in his area of expertise: pre-clinical research using rat models.
The hypothesis, he told me, was simple, but no one he knew of had investigated it: “If pregnancy is a normal physiological process … terminating a viable pregnancy using abortion is going to potentially cause significant physiological and ultimately behavioral issues.â€
Sammut’s research, published in May in the journal Frontiers in Neuroscience, demonstrates that drug-induced abortions have negative effects on rats’ well-being, including “a clear reduction in grooming, an unkempt coat, a reduction in exploratory behavior … a reduction in general activity, increased immobility and the assumption of a stooped/hunched posture in the corner of the cage.â€...

Here's a question for you, Jim. If someone can't afford to have children, why choose to get pregnant?

Jim; The U.K. Has "Universal Health Care" (U.H.C)
Today we have on average over 206,000 abortion murders per year.
So the Socialist ideology of U.H.C. Is not exactly a panacea for the crime of murder of the unborn child.
So your Democrat buddies are just as wicked as all the Lefty Commie Bureaucrats in the other nations. Don't go there Jim.
From conception the beginning of life to the age of 80's average life span, - If you stop that life anywhere on that duration of life the only way to stop life - Is to Kill that life.
Abortion is culpable murder - Murder is illegal and criminal.
Stop abortion murder. God's wrath is punishment for these nations.

For the Hannah Center in Indiana, at least 90 percent of clients receive Medicaid. Directors of several similar organizations interviewed by NPR indicated that most of their clients also do. An NPR review also found at least two dozen such centers advertising online that they offer Medicaid referrals or enrollment assistance....

Unfortunately, Mike, sometimes pregnancy cost as much as a disease or more â—👎
No. What causes a lot of anxieties for having a child as a cost of it. Except perhaps for Virginia one should expect to have more stress and having a birth below the old Southern Mason-Dixon line
Adam McCain wrote: .... One of the biggest expenses to keep in mind is medical bills. According to The Economist, the average conventional delivery in the U.S. costs over $10,000, more expensive than the birth of Britain’s latest royal baby. Whether or not you have insurance naturally plays a big role as well.... ....But there’s more to think about than just cost. Some states provide better quality health care service and better environments in which to care for children....

Being in a Bible Belt , GOP state doesn't really help an expectant mother.
From the news: "The hypothesis, he told me, was simple, but no one he knew of had investigated it: “If pregnancy is a normal physiological process … terminating a viable pregnancy using abortion is going to potentially cause significant physiological and ultimately behavioral issues.â€
I guess it's good someone has thoughts that pregnancy may not be a disease.
