Texas border town declares itself sanctuary city for the unborn
A Texas border city with a population of about 2,200 has declared itself a sanctuary for the unborn and has banned abortion.

Waskom, Texas, which borders Louisiana 20 miles west of Shreveport, claims to be the first city in the nation to become a "Sanctuary City for the Unborn" by way of a resolution and ordinance unanimously passed by five members of the city council Tuesday night.

Yes, you know you aren't in Waskom anymore, when you can see the Empire State Building.
It makes me glad I'm not a taxpayer in New York City.

In April, a Chicago woman and her 24yr old daughter, lured a pregnant teen to their home to look at some baby cloths. While showing the teen a photo album of the mom's dead brother, the daughter strangled the pregnant teen to death. Then, they grabbed the butcher knife they brought with them, and cut the infant boy out of the mother, dragged the dead teen out back, and tossed her body into a trash can. I've heard this same heinous story a few times now, and each pregnant mother was lured with the promise of baby clothes, only to be hacked up, and their child stolen away. Monsters are real. Anyway, the reason I'm relating it is because the baby passed away from the trauma, and the State of IL is charging the women with the baby's murder as well now.

How does this jive with the current liberal, babys have no rights, mantra, or the fact that IL just passed the most criminal and wicked abortion bill yet? I'm glad the women are being charged, but what is this, only mothers and medical staff can commit murder, but when anyone else does, the baby is suddenly a human being that has rights, and it becomes an heinous act of savagery?

A good move and very wise as an answer to the Democrat Socialist Party's approval of abortion at all times. Sometimes you might say, Well, I voted for Candidate A even though he was a Dem because he was the best candidate. OK, maybe he was, but in the end, when it comes down to a vote in the legislature, he will vote for abortion to go along with his party every time. He is not going to remember your vote, your letters, your personal conversations with him.

Yes, Dr Tim, I'm so glad people are finally starting to say, enough is enough. The catalyst was New York's, Cuomo, promoting, signing, and celebrating the most heinous changes to the reproductive rights bill, and the likes of New Mexico, and other States, trying to follow suit shortly after. The people are finally rising up to fight, and having more conservative judges is making an impact as well. Illinois just adopted an obscene, and criminal abortion bill as well, but the fight in this nation is finally on...
