Franklin Graham: 'Crisis' is on you, Speaker Pelosi
Evangelist Franklin Graham has a message for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.

That “constitutional crisis” she and her fellow Democratic Party members have been talking about? It’s all on her.

“For once, I agree with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi – our country is in a constitutional crisis,” Graham, the CEO of the Samaritan’s Purse global Christian ministry, said on Facebook.

“However, I strongly disagree with her on the cause. I put the blame at her feet and those in the Democratic Party who follow her, along with many in the media,” he wrote. ...

Graham is not a false prophet. Graham preaches the biblical doctrine of salvation.

It’s everyone’s job to Judge, so confusion, hatred and pride abounds.
The spirit of lawlessness’s job is to cause hatred among the brethren to show the world that Christianity is not truth my way is.
My job is to bring destruction, hatred, kill and maim the followers of Jesus Christ.!!

Thanks, it appears we agree on this. I am not a big fan of what is referred to as the greater good. Politicians and political Christians all practice it.

And let me just add that our Triune God doesn't need for people to compromise in order to help Him.

Romans 3:8 And why not say (as we are slanderously reported and as some claim that we say), "Let us do evil that good may come "? Their condemnation is just.

Ridiculous understanding. Most of the actual vitriol is coming from the yoots, not the old people. And what does the color of the evangelicals have to do with anything? Same old same old cloudy thinking.

True, Ariel👎
The problem that Barry Goldwater Pointe out in the following quotation may very well cure itself by 2024. The pity is it's for both good and bad reasons that it will be cured.

It’s a conundrum that the father of modern GOP conservatism, Barry Goldwater, predicted in 1994: “Mark my word, if and when these preachers get control of the party, and they’re sure trying to do so, it’s going to be a terrible ***** problem.”...

Politics today appears to be one of mans greatest transgressions.

Matt 6:24 No man can serve two masters:"

Acts 5:29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men."

Dan 2:21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: 22 He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him."

Good decision brother, but let me say this anyway. Franklin Graham is purely a political, cultural Christian. Now there is no one on this earth that cannot speak truth occasionally, so I would have "personally" not objected to someone saying; "good for him" or "he was certainly correct."

The only thing I have ever objected to is if someone says FG is in the faith or that he has done something that is morally and spiritually pleasing to God. In order for someone to bear spiritual fruit, they have to be in Christ.

I don't really know if there is a Constitutional crisis or not. What does appear apparent is that there is a widening gulf between those who are more conservative and those who are not. Within that spectrum of conservatives, conservative for many reasons I'm sure, are most of us Christians who post here.

It ultimately comes down to a complete difference in who we see God to be. We see Him as the utterly holy and righteous God, a consuming fire as Dr. Tim recently reminded. The other side sees a god of their imagination, whether that be themselves collectively or an effeminate Jesus who just wants everyone to love one another and give everything we own to everyone else.

The Bible is clear. Progressive social justice, socialism, and "any love is good love" runs counter and contrary to its words and the God who inspired them. That is the real crisis. Psalm 2 applies.

Good idea, JohnUk. Thanks for going back to your real name. My I-phone recognizes that name. I’m not going there either besides everyone on here knows how I feel about the Grahams. If they think he’s too rich or too political or too whatever then they can take it up with God. That way I don’t have to try to prove to something to someone who sees different. Have a great day and many blessings. I’m getting ready for SS, we are in book of Mark. Even though I have read it many times, I never fail to find something that helps me with whatever God wants to teach me that I might need to learn.
Thanks Dolores, and may the Lord truly bless your day also. I agree about those four gospels, in them is a wealth of beautiful things, especially words from our Saviour, and how to be a disciple. I'm glad to see you are still serving the Lord with great joy and with the filling of the Spirit. You are a great example, sister.

The National Review is a conservative publication, and I don't believe I quoted from this part of the article the whole article is good and isn't long. Nancy really doesn't want to impeach Trump, and she probably just wants to show why he is impeaching himself.

David French wrote:
....
All too many of our nation’s Evangelical leaders haven’t just “tolerated” serious wrongdoing by
Trump, they’ve rationalized and minimized it. Some have even given the “thumbs up” in front of a Playboy cover. (What would Nathan, who dramatically confronted David over his infidelity and murder, say?) In so doing, they’ve seared the consciences of the culture and the church, and granted their secular opponents all the ammunition necessary to question our sincerity as believers....

Franklin Graham is under fire today. He should be. His double standards have cost the church. This mistake should not define him — he has done much good and preached the Gospel faithfully for many years — but it should grieve him. Through his blatant hypocrisy, he has earned his critics’ wrath.
