Mind-Blowing’ Evidence of Moses’ Journey From Egypt
Researchers from the Doubting Thomas Research Foundation (DTRF), which investigates the historicity and evidence of Biblical accounts, say they may have found the route to the Promised Land taken by the Israelites under Moses' leadership.

He also says there is evidence that Moses led his people across the Gulf of Aqaba from what is now the coastal town of Nuweiba in the east of the Sinai Peninsula, where the crossing would just be nearly 8 miles (12km) wide with a shallow depth of just 33 metres. ...

ALL-CAPS CISNEROS writes in a language only he understands. Little wonder then that it gives you a headache, Steven.

The really bad thing about this is that some future pastor goes to Seminary and are taught to question the miracles of the Bible. I attended the United Methodist Church a few years and one preacher was preaching this type nonsense even said that Mary was not a virgin and preached things that made you question truths of the Bible. It was only a few of us that actually stood against what he was saying. So your faith better be strong in Christ because Satan can even appear as an angel of light. So many actually believed in him and his message. I see God everywhere, in nature, my body and the world. I believe the miracles in the word of God .

SOUNDS MORE LIKE RESEARCHERS FROM THE

AS, HISTORICALLY, THOSE CHOOCH/PAWN/STOOGE-"JESUIT" DIABOLICAL INTELLECTUAL/ACADEMIC SATANIC-SECRET/OPEN-SOCIETIES OF THE SATANIC~VATICAN, ala LOYOLA-UNIVERSITY & ETC., HAVE ALWAYS CAUSED DOUBT ON THE

BY FAITH LUTHER, WHEN HE WAS COME TO YEARS, REFUSED TO BE CALLED THE SON OF POPERY;

BY FAITH HE FORSOOK ROME, NOT FEARING THE WRATH OF THE "POPE": FOR HE ENDURED, AS SEEING HIM WHO IS INVISIBLE.

(Hebrews 11:1) Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

We understand that our faith should be in God’s Word, however… It is nice to ponder the evidence that was left.
Think about creation: nature itself has the thumbprint of God on it, and it is with excitement and all that we look at those things in creation that prove God.
In the same way I enjoy studying the archaeological evidence that is left regarding the historocity of Scripture. As long as your faith isn’t only based on archaeology, there is nothing wrong with looking at those things to firm your faith.
Just saying

Yep, another crazy religious story during Holy Week! Next thing you know, they will be showing that old movie, "the Ten Commandments" on (free)network TV!
I've never heard of 'Sputnik News' as a website-so that's a first warning sign.
Next, I've never heard of the "Doubting.." group either--so that could be just a couple guys in their pajamas in their mother's basement, using a fax machine, good software to put out professional looking news releases.
Better would be to see the story come from CNN, CBS, ABC, etc, and many Jews step up and say, 'Gee, this makes me reconsider my long-held belief that God does not exist! After what happened to Our People in the Holocaust, I found it Impossible to Believe in God'

There was a movie called "Patterns of Evidence" which reportedly explored and documented evidence of the Exodus. I haven't seen it, but heard about it.

There are many attacks against the veracity of the first five books of the Bible that focus on archeological and language elements. Evidence that helps uphold the reliability of the word of God is important in these kinds of debates.

Aye aye Dolores. Glad to see you still have a sense of humour. But you know, it is a tragic thought that these folks are proving the teaching of the Bible that men with a belief that there is no God are fools. And those who deny the clear teaching of scripture, for example, that the Egyptian army drowned to death when they tried to overtake the Hebrews, are obviously unregenerate, they are but "natural men", as scripture says:

1 Corinthians 2:14 KJV
(14)  But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

The Lord fights for his people, praise God! He even took off the chariot wheels of the Egyptians.

Exodus 14:25 KJV
(25)  And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the LORD fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

From article:-
""The mainstream scholarly consensus is that there is no archaeological evidence for the Exodus, and that the Bible represents the reflection of the Jewish people on their origins rather than details a specific moment in history.""

I guess the archaeologists could not find the distinctive sandal prints of Moses in the sand!🤷‍♂️

Heb 11:29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned."

Why is there always search for a geographical reason to make it easier to believe? You have to ask why would it be easier to cross where it is "only" 8 miles wide and the shallow depth is "only" about a hundred feet. Did they bring boats? Wouldn't they still drown without the parting as Scripture has recorded?

Hi Dolores, I think this is one of those occasions when the Lord will permit us to refer to certain ones as stupid. I wonder how they would respond.

I looked out my kitchen window yesterday and discovered startling evidence that God created the world. I could actually see part of it with my own admittedly weak and aging eyes. Please pardon me while I notify the scientific journals...

Would have thought that the evidence lies in the fact that the account is contained in the 66 books. Does God's Word need "scientific verification"?
