Germany: New Law Banning Child Marriage Declared Unconstitutional
The ruling, which effectively opens the door to legalizing Sharia-based child marriages in Germany, is one of a growing number of instances in which German courts are ‚ÄĒ wittingly or unwittingly ‚ÄĒ promoting the establishment of a parallel Islamic legal system in the country.
"Germany cannot, on the one hand, be against child marriages internationally, and on the other hand, be for such marriages in our own country. The best interests of the child cannot be compromised in this case. (...) This is about the constitutionally established protection of children and minors!" ‚ÄĒ Winfried Bausback, Bavarian lawmaker who helped draft the law against child marriage.
"We should consider one more thing: judgments are made 'in the name of the people.' This people has clearly expressed through its representatives in the Bundestag that it no longer wants to recognize child marriage." ‚ÄĒ Commentator...
One would have thought that the infamous going’s on at thre main square outside the Hauptbahnhof and Cathedral at Cologne on New Years Eve a couple of years ago, (Cologne and Bonn are the only two places I have visited in Germany), when ladies were openly molested without any help from the police, would have warned the German people of the problem that they were dealing with.
Unlimited Islamic immigration, activist leftist judges, suicidal self-hating politicians, and ecumenical apostate clergymen have a lot to answer for.
When they are commanded to convert to Islam, pay a Jizya tax, or die, they will soon realise too late the results of their foolishness and dangerous appeasement of Islam.
Thanks for your comment and the additional info. I had also heard about Dearborn. Most forget that under Islam someone must either convert, pay an infidel tax or be put to death. They are one serious group!
A friend of mine in Germany told me that in some rural areas there are more Muslims than Germans. They come into town and shoplift without restraint. If someone calls the cops, the cops do nothing. They don't report it as a crime, so the statistics don't show it. They also molest women and that isn't reported either.
"I also understand there are so-called no go zones here in the states where Sharia law is being practiced."
Not officially, but the closest example I know of is the East side of Dearborn, MI. The Mayor downplays it, but I've seen the videos, and also a video documentary by a local. Muslims have completely taken over the East side. Up and down every single street is everything Muslim...every storefront, business, and they even changed all of the street signs to read in Arabic. The local said they forced all of the American business owners out, and if the store was a sandwich shop, it stayed a sandwich shop, but under a new name in Arabic, etc. I didn't catch how they were forced out. The Muslims built the largest mosque there in Dearborn in all of North America, and they are ravaging the state's welfare system. I think the number of E. Dearborn Muslim residents on state welfare was like 65%. I'd need to double check that, but it was super high, and the locals see women using EBT cards for their groceries, and putting them into the trunks of Mercedes and Range Rovers, etc. Anyway, Sharia law? Why not...I'm sure it's practiced there, but under the radar.
When is a sovereign country obligated to accommodate the laws of another country in their own country. Germany and I’m sure most countries are starting to experience that dilemma with the migration of Muslims. I also understand there are so-called no go zones here in the states where Sharia law is being practiced. To many Muslims, their religion is a way of life and not simply a set of commandments that they can either follow or not.
Personally I would say that all must come under the laws of the country they are citizens of. So, if a Muslim becomes a German citizen, then they are obligated to adhere to their laws. In our citizenship oath a person has to swear they will obey our laws. Not sure what Germany’s requires.
Another thing I noticed about the article. There was no mention of parental consent regarding marriage. In Islam, it appears that the Father can give his daughter in marriage and I’m not sure age is a factor. Also, as the article notes polygamy is legal and practiced in many places. If they were forced to be married to only one, which one would they have to divorce to become a German citizen? .
Remember no one lives in a theocracy.
Bottom line is only accept Muslims who have renounced their faith.
