Not 'Fake Clinics': Pregnancy Centers Debunk Major Misconceptions About Their Work
They've been called "fake clinics" and are often smeared by abortion activists who argue that pregnancy centers deceive women and don't offer any real medical assistance.
Some activists even try to go undercover to try to prove that pregnancy centers are fake women's health centers.
"We get many calls from fake clients asking questions hoping to find fault," Debi Harvey, executive director for the Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic located in Northridge, California, told The Christian Post. "We get fake clients coming in under the guise of wanting a pregnancy test, but in reality, they're just trying to find something they can accuse us of."...

Good comment and observation. I've thought about this as well. Sermons specifically exposing fornication for the sin that it is and imploring repentance from it seem rather rare.
Well, I‚Äôm sure that Jim supports this site because they support abortions. I reviewed their homepage and that is very clear. (Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic located in Northridge, California) And, yet like Jim they refer to themselves as ‚Äúfaith based‚ÄĚ.
Reminds me of a FOX news anchor saying abortions should be rare, safe and personal. There is no difference between this statement and Hillary’s or Obama’s views. Just think about it; all abortions are rare for each woman. It just sounds sort of pious the same as our black liberation troll.
First & foremost ones greatest need is experiencing the life changing mercies of Christ removing ones spiritual heart of stone away. As their is none who are born in a state of neutrality, Jim, as you, me & any other sinner. Has a great dier need of excerpercing our own unrighteousness, being righteously delt with in & through Christ Alone. As all have a great need of experiencing, ones spiritual heart of stone being removed & one experiencing the great exchange of reconciliation. Or one will like wise, will perish, without saving repentance!
As when that takes place one will reflect that in being in great awe & Godly gratitude towards Christ. That Christ would mercy on a sinner like thee, who is worthy of Hell Fire & judgement in having a Bad Spiritual record before, the only standard that one is held accountable to in dealing with eternal matters amen!
Amen, JDIG. That's the root of the matter -- sex outside of marriage. While some married couples also have abortions, the worship of sex in Western society is a huge driver. This has many forms, from the pornoculture all around us to the seductive behaviors of both men and women and too often boys and girls as well. It drives clothing styles. And the right for anyone to enjoy sex with whomever they choose is an important plank of the Progressive political agenda. In fact, the UN's Convention on the Rights of the Child requires signatories to allow children to have consentual sex with whomever they choose.
This is not what the Lord intended for us in His declared will. And our society suffers and groans as a result.
Come, O Lord, and lead us all to Yourself and out of this cesspool of our own making!
There you go again, Jiminy, telling Christians they should stand down from political involvement and only spread the gospel. So once again I ask you, have YOU refrained from politics this week? Clearly not; virtually all of your posts, as always, revolved around at least one aspect of politics. And did YOU share the gospel with anyone in the past week? Since you have never once answered that question in the affirmative, I must assume that you never have and never intend to. So why is a goat like you calling the sheep shaggy beasts? Repent or perish.
Phil Johnson wrote: ...I want to stress this: Nothing in the past half century has done more damage to the evangelical cause than the notion that the best way for Christians to influence society is by wielding our collective political clout. If you think the most important answer to the ills of our society is a legislative remedy; if you imagine that political activism is the most effective way for the church to influence culture; or if you suppose the church is going to win the world for Christ by lobbying in the halls of Congress... ‚ÄĒthen both your trust and your priorities are misplaced.
...the tendency to seek legislative remedies for every social ill is one of the absolute worst tendencies of contemporary secular society, and it disturbs me greatly to see Christians more or less follow that pattern blindly....The only power that can truly and permanently rescue human society from its own spiritual ills is the transforming power of gospel of Jesus Christ. And that happens through the regeneration of individual human hearts, right? We need to remind ourselves of that fact often, and put more of our energies into the task of evangelism....

The above article pointed out several states that were working to get the Medicaid expansion on the November ballot. Nebraska was one of them and it has been put on our ballot‚Ěó This is reason enough to show up for the November election.
Truth is critical & so is some measure of transparency.
But when someone is on the wrong side of truth, it is easy to instead of just accepting blame to just shift that blame to someone else. My family and I were in a different area last week driving thru a small city and came across a Planned Parenthood facility. It had a big sign claiming it provided health care. Killing one person and damaging another for life isn't health care. So instead they go after Christian pregnancy centers and try to claim they are the real problem. Or people who record then release to the public what happens inside with those dead babies. Those people like David Dalien, in their opinion, are the real problem. That's about as sane as blaming hurricanes on the government.
