Court says physicians have conscience rights over abortion
Pro-life advocates are hailing a ruling Thursday by Norway‚Äôs Supreme Court in favor of a physician fired for refusing to distribute abortion-causing drugs as an ‚Äúimportant step in the right direction.‚ÄĚ
The decision is good, ‚Äúnot only for doctors, but for people of faith in all professions,‚ÄĚ said Hakon Bleken, who represented Dr. Katarzyna Jachimowicz.
