President Trump apologizes to Brett Kavanaugh and his family at ceremonial swearing-in
Speaking at a swearing-in ceremony for Associate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh in the East Room of the White House Monday evening, President Trump apologized to Kavanaugh and his family "on behalf of our nation" for what he called a desperate Democrat-led campaign of "lies and deception" intent on derailing his confirmation.
"On behalf of our nation, I want to apologize to Brett and the entire Kavanaugh family for the terrible pain and suffering you have been forced to endure," Trump began. "Those who step forward to serve our country deserve a fair and dignified evaluation, not a campaign of political and personal destruction based on lies and deception. What happened to the Kavanaugh family violates every notion of fairness, decency, and due process. In our country, a man or a woman must always be presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty."...

Thanks sister! I am not much of a Pat Robertson fan but he got it right that time.
And if you want to be successful in the media or politics, you better keep your mouth shut.
wow. our friends in the UK don't have access to the information we have here. "the devil is in the details". her friends didn't even agree with her testimony which was a fluid ever changing. she can't even name the year, the location, nothing! Kav. on the other hand still had his calendars from his high school years! has anyone seen her credentials????? coauthoring articles on group hypnosis techniques. her awful yearbook entries. his 65 women defending him professionally. this is how propaganda and purges work. thankfully they did not succeed but so many believe the lies and are radicalized.

Kavanaugh, though conservative, made very clear his support of feminist ideals and Roman Catholicism. He's just a mainstream conservative from what I can tell, and certainly not a Christian. But hey, I think he'll do better than Kennedy did. As long as the unborn and biblical marriage is defended, I think we're making progress. We shall see.
Excellent comment! Kavanaugh is a Jesuit and is therefore an enemy of the Lord. But, in the sense of protecting life and not promoting the homosexual agenda, he is better than many alternatives. He does promote feminism which IMO is the root of most of our liberal apostasies.

One has to suppose, then, that a radically politicized Supreme Court is one that doesn't create a Constituional right to every possible form of evil - abortion, homosexual marriage, etc. That's funny. It would seem that a radically politicized Supreme Court has already done those things. Perhaps what's radical is that the court is swinging away from making those kinds of decisons? Might even roll a few of them back?
Be wise now therefore, ye kings: be learned ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord in fear, and rejoice in trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish in the way, when his wrath shall suddenly burn. Blessed are all that trust in him. - Psalm 2:10-12

Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell has kept his promise to âplow right throughâ all obstacles. Against the odds, or so it seemed in recent days, they got their way. The country will bear the costs of their victory for many years, and the toll could be grave.
The worst damage doesnât arise from Kavanaughâs unfitness for the position â though his response to the Senate confirmation process, regardless of whether the charges against him are true or false, did indeed show that he was unfit.
The greater harm comes from an enormous stride toward a radically politicized Supreme Court, and from a serious new challenge to its legitimacy. These are what the country just witnessed and will be unable to forget. Kavanaughâs confirmation has compromised the ability of the court to do the job the Constitution demands of it....
