Prosecutor: Blasey Ford's Witnesses "Refuted" or "Failed to Corroborate" Her Claims
Rachel Mitchell (shown on right), the veteran sex crimes prosecutor who questioned Christine Blasey Ford about her accusation against U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, concluded that Fordâs account is too shaky to have opened a case against the judge. The Mitchell Memorandum can be read in its entirety here.
As well, she averred, âThe activities of congressional Democrats and Dr. Fordâs attorneys likely affected Dr. Fordâs account.â
Mitchellâs highly detailed memorandum, dated September 30, dissects a cloudy, inconsistent, and sometimes contradictory story.
A ââhe said, she saidâ case is incredibly difficult to prove," Mitchell wrote. âBut this case is even weaker than that. Dr. Ford identified other witnesses to the event, and those witnesses either refuted her allegations or failed to corroborate them.â...
Hey Lurker and Tim, yes I am afraid youâre probably right. Things will only get worse as time goes on as Paul has said in one of his letters it is like birth pains as we get closer to the end times the more evil the world will get until the return of Jesus. People that are aware can sense this and are not caught unaware. The baby is born and the joy of the birth causes the pain to be forgotten. Keep your lamps burning Christian because the Bridegroom is coming soon for His Bride.

Hey sister Dolores,
Good to hear from you.
Yes, this most distasteful chapter in our nation's history has finally come to a close just the way God wanted it. But I fear Kavanaugh's swearing in will just become the opening paragraph of another chapter even uglier. The liberals and feminists are not going to ride off into the sunset quietly. And, of course, we can always count on Jim to cheer them on.
Fine Jim, last I heard itâs still a free country. I will always vote for the one I believe God wants me to. I donât need links to tell me how wrong I am or who to believe because I have the Holy Spirit to guide me and thatâs all I need. I have Pentecostal in-laws thatâs Dems. My husband âs brother is a preacher in the strictest of the strict sect. How he can vote on the most liberal of the liberals Democratic Party and preach on makeup, long hair, dresses only for women with a straight face is beyond my understanding. No links to go to that proves my point, just plain God given common sense.

It is sad what happened to Dr. Ford 30 years ago and now far as that goes. However, what happened to her in the past has faded from importance to decide if Brad Kavanagh should be on the Supreme Court or not.
Brett Kavanaugh's non-judicious testimony has led many people to conclude that he does not belong on the Supreme Court. The large number qualified people that has this conclusion has been completely by Republican Senators

Plain Old Tim wrote: Good point, Lurker. I seem to recall that there was a foreigner down in Egypt many years ago who was falsely accused of sexual assault but was nevertheless confirmed for a high government position.
Hmmm. Never thought of that, Doc, but Potifar's wife sure seems to be an apt figure of Christine Blasey Ford, pot hole digger (Phd). Thanks for bringing that up.
Oh.... btw, you may need to draw a picture for Jim to get it.

Key word.... law "professors" from liberal academia?
Give it a rest, Jim. It'll all be over sometime tomorrow. Might want to stock up on dry hankies.
Hmmm...now, those 2400 law professors wouldn't also happen to be 2400 Democrats, would they? Keep Roe vs Wade intact, by any means necessary.
Amazing how much time, effort, and pinpoint focus is concentrated, like a laser beam, onto the continuation of mass infantcide, without restriction or reasoning of any sort. "I'm not finished having my fun yet...kill it." "Oops...we were drunk, and weren't thinking...haha...kill it." "Shoot, I wanted a girl...oh well...kill it."
