By the way, as an add on to my previous comment about Harvard researchers; I forgot to add that Big Sugar paid them to do studies that would show fat as the main problem in the diet. So people changed to eating low-fat food that were high in sugars!
the latest issue of Newsmax has an article about how sugar plays a big role in this, and that the sugar industry has paid off Harvard researchers to debunk any evidence to show this. even the American Diabetes Assoc. has no information on studies they've paid for that shows a connection between sugar consumption and diabetes!
