Tyndale Sued by Boy Who Didn’t Come Back from Heaven

After growing up and retracting his controversial account of “coming back from heaven,” 20-year-old Alex Malarkey is now suing the Christian publisher who made his story famous, then infamous.

Malarkey, who was left paralyzed and spent two weeks in a coma after a 2004 car accident, filed a lawsuit this month against Christian publisher Tyndale House for associating his name with the controversial book coauthored with his father, The Boy Who Came Back from Heaven, and not paying him for the story.

Tyndale took the book out of print in 2015, after Malarkey admitted he made up the story of dying and going to heaven after the accident.

“Now that he is an adult, Alex desires to have his name completely disassociated from the book and seeks a permanent injunction against Tyndale House requiring it to do everything within reason to disassociate his name from the book,” according to the complaint, ...

This lawsuit is what former President Bush called "frivolous".

Apparently this kid can't read the signs saying "wrong way".

This boy and his parents need their bottoms WOOPED.

Or, the parents could take the trip to trace his steps and see if he's lying. We know how kids are.

I came back from the fridge one time with something that resembled food. It was scary.

So that's where that priest told me to go? That doesn't make an ounce of sense now. Maybe John Yurich's been there. John? Do you know how to get to Purgatory? Ask around and let us know, k?

Wrong Jacobee...there is no in-between place of fiery purging. To be absent from the body is to be present with The Lord. Purgatory is a fully, Roman Catholic lie from the pit of Hell itself, and meant to give the lukewarm, hope, and fill the coffers of the church through the sales of indulgences which promise, according to this false religious system, to lessen ones time in Purgatory...a completely false hope and a place that never even existed in the first place.
There was a place where the Saints were, and waited, once upon a time, but Christ's death and resurrection emptied it, and this place was far from a Purgatory.

"Once I got in biking accident and felt like I was dragged to hell and back. No one was interested in hearing my story so I let it go."

Perhaps you can alter it and say that you were "dragged into purgatory" the pope will probably approve of it. ⛪️
