California pushes abortion by depicting pregnant women as stupid
“California’s arguments about preventing confusion sound in paternalism and exude a low view of women navigating unplanned pregnancies,” says the new ADF filing.

“The state assumes these women are unable to make phone calls, search the internet, or ask basic questions of prospective service providers.”

The California case, National Institute of Family and Life Advocates vs. Becerra, centers on whether local governments can require pro-life crisis pregnancy centers – where women can get counseling, diapers, rent money and more – to inform their clients of free local abortion services and provide contact information.

Several courts already have said no, citing First Amendment free-speech protections. ...

Jim Linkin, your love of and deep, earnest concern for black people is truly an inspiration. Just out of curiosity, how many black people do you estimate you have personally shared the gospel with in the past year? How many missionaries to African nations do you support? How many black pastors? How many black people attend your church--assuming you even go to church? Of those, if any, how many did your church go after and purposely invite and even provide transportation for? Put up or shut up, Jimcrack.

Murder is condemned in the Bible
Fools are easily confused by "euphemism" ( lie) of reference to baby slaughter & child sacrifice by leftist lie of " abortion"
Truthly defined,
ABOR'TION, noun [Latin abortio, a miscarriage; usually deduced from ab and orior.]

1. The act of miscarrying, or producing young before the natural time, or before the fetus is perfectly formed.

2. In a figurative sense, any fruit or produce that does not come to maturity, or any thing which fails in its progress, before it is matured or perfect, as a design or project.

3. The fetus brought forth before it is perfectly formed."

This means that Herod did NOT "abort" childre"
"And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger."
"And I polluted them in their own gifts, in that they caused to pass through the fire all that openeth the womb, that I might make them desolate, to the end that they might know that I am the LORD."
Is NOT abortion being condemned , but satanic devil filled pig headed Hesperopithecus Nebraska man jumping into murder.

Anti-abortion advocates don’t care about Black people. They never have. And frankly, I don’t believe they ever will.

...We’ve been useful to them as pawns in this political chess game with the sole goal of ending abortion in the United States. They pick us up each and every time they need to score points in the media to somehow prove they aren’t racist because they care about “Black life”, yet do nothing to improve the economic or health care outcomes of our community....

... They choose to spend millions of dollars attacking Planned Parenthood, an abortion provider who also provides 1 in 5 women with basic healthcare throughout in the United States, and more all around the globe. A healthcare provider who has stood by the low-income, uninsured, and underinsured for almost 100 years....

Yes, Black women are five times more likely to have an abortion than White women, and the reason for that is simple: we lack access to contraception, sexual health education, and health insurance, thus creating higher rates of unintended pregnancy....

Crisis pregnancy centers have been known to spread false medical information and use scare tactics to dissuade their clients from seeking abortions. In light of this history, the California statute is clearly constitutional.

The law does nothing other than require this information be posted on a wall for patients to see. No one is required to say anything. Nor is there any requirement for providing contraception information or abortion referrals. The law is just to make sure that women know the services that the State of California makes available and whether the facility is unlicensed.

Frank, you can say this originally wasn't a case about abortion but a case about lying. Lying is definitely condemned in the Bible, even much more clearly than abortion.

So wild and almost all cases abortion is wrong you can't use the argument, "the ends justify the means."

Jim, I didn’t read your link mainly because I cannot fathom one instance when I would tell a woman they have a choice to have a baby or to murder that baby. Would you tell someone who was on the street, hungry, and destitute that they can always choose to rob and steal to relieve their circumstances? What is the difference?

Now I know why 35.6% of all abortions in the U.S. are performed on Black women, however, Black women make up only about 13% of the female population.

How has the above worked out economically for black females?

It is not surprising that a nanny state like California would make sure a characture. Thankfully, some ministries are standing up to the nonsense and fighting to hold the Constitutional line. Gone are the days when our military protected our way of life and values from foreign invaders. Today, the biggest threats to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are internal, and our defenders are folks like ADF, ACLJ, and others. May the Lord bless their efforts in tearing down these strongholds.

Penny will remind us that the American pulpit and pew sitter have vital roles as well. Amen to that! My wife also keeps wondering what happened to the Christians that used to stand up against such evils.
