Mattis called to put mission readiness before transgender activism
Defense Secretary James Mattis should put “mission readiness” above social agendas in his recommendation to the White House regarding whether or not transgendered persons should serve in the military, contends a military expert.

Mattis on Friday delivered his recommendation to the White House, the Hill reported, but it was not released to the public.

A Pentagon spokesman declined to discuss the recommendation, but several published reports claimed Mattis recommended that people with gender dysphoria be allowed to continue in the military.

Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness, warned that if true, there will be consequences for the military’s ability to defend the nation. ...

Putting physically and spiritually mutilated people in the armed forces IS mission readiness. For decades now, the mission of liberal Demoncrats has been the overthrow of America.

You could say that again! Just think how far we have gone in just 20 years. In 1998 do you think we would have even considered a case that would legalize sodomite marriage? Or having transgender bathrooms? We are going down at LTE fiber optic speed for sure.⬇⬇⬇

Thanks for that QC, and yes indeed, the UK and US are indeed in great need of God's mercy; we are in a sorry state, and much of christendom is not setting the good example, but being influenced by the world, the flesh and the devil.

of the "mighty" USA.

What utter carelessness by the politically correct brigade in the US Department of Defense, still stuffed with Obama appointees and the various leftist activist judges that have forced this issue.

Meanwhile Islamic fanatics of what is left of ISIS and Al Qaeda, to say nothing of Iran, Turkey, Russia, China and of course North Korea are rubbing their hands with glee at the delightful prospect to them of meeting, killing, or still even capturing alive these "Transgender" and LGBT crack soldiers, sailors and airmen

It is enough to make me shudder if not tell, IE! Actually, the button on my app didn't respond until it did...and that was 3 times. It's just a small snippet of a larger, broken world.

How we can ignore the ridiculous nonsense that you have so kindly shared is beyond me. It makes my head hurt.

Great question, John. Who? Congress.
Executive branch Departments are overseen by Congress and give great amounts of respect to individual power brokers therein. Refusing to keep everyone happy can result in loss of funding, a Congressional mandate to do something then report back regularly on progress, or both. That is how women entered the US military. It is an unforeseen byproduct of the US form of federal government.
No one cares about the damage done by having primarily young men and women serving together or how many are further ruined by premarital sex. No one cares how many units are undermanned due to inappropriate relationships. No one cares about the added distractions of just the administrative burdens in managing all this.
But at least they were, mostly - especially in barracks or on ships, sleeping and changing in their own living areas. In the current free-for-all, every sleeping quarters could have at least one service member who is sexually attracted to someone in that same space. "It only takes a spark to get a fire going" isn't just a campfire song at Christian youth camps.... Then what have we wrought as a nation?
Aha! Thanks QC...

QC-Scary enough to make ya stutter
Sorry. Couldn't resist

Seriously, why would ya care that
the sissy next to ya throws like a girl?
25 meter toss?? Too hard
Whoopsie! 5 meters!
Close enough for
" horseshoes & handgranades"

Handicapped discrimination complaints next

Ejemplo-

"4F " half deaf me has no sound direction ( like no depth perception as I only have 1 good ear)

So should troops have a buddy to " shoot back" with no idea where shots are coming from??
Why not?? U a bigot??

Age discrimination ?
90 year old & 9 year olds have a right to serve!!

Might find 9 yr old & 90 yr old that could toss 25 meters
Let's try it - great to experiment.

"They are going to learn all the technical aspects of the hand grenade, and they are going to learn tactical employment and they will throw a live hand grenade.”
And then will be buried with honors with any proximate lab rats 🐭🐭🐰🐀

Frightening, IE. Losing not only handgrenade competency but also land navigation means a bunch of lost troops who can't defend themselves nor lead themselves out of danger or into battle. Bet they're good at video games, though....

The situation goes well beyond basic competency, though. What happens off duty impacts what happens on duty. What happens off duty becomes a big workload for those in charge when on, and off, duty as well. I can tell you that from personal experience. It's tough to focus on the mission at hand when there are all these distractions. Meanwhile, there is a MAJOR problem with putting stumbling blocks before young people and expecting them to remain pure and true to their spouses and the Lord who redeemed them.

It is not just the decision of the Commander-in-Chief but all branches of government based on the separation of powers within the US federal government. Congress has a major say in what happens in ANY federal agency, including the Department of Defense and its subordinate agencies, branches, etc. The federal court system including the Supreme Court has jurisdictions well. Someone once called it a "swamp." And it's difficult to drain.

Army Basic Training to Drop Hand Grenade Competency as Graduation Requirement

https://www.cnsnews.com/blog/craig-bannister/army-basic-training-drop-hand-grenade-competency-graduation-requirement

The U.S. Army will drop its hand grenade competency requirement for graduation from basic training because getting recruits to pass it is taking “too much time” and they’re just not strong enough, Major General Malcolm Frost told reporters on Friday.

Changes to the Army’s Basic Combat Training (BTC) will eliminate the current hand grenade proficiency standards as a requirement for graduation, Military.com reports:
“The new BCT does, however, do away with hand grenade qualification and land navigation course qualification as graduation requirements.”
Discussing the change with reporters, Maj. Gen. Frost explained that training recruits to pass the current requirement was taking too much time:
"What we have found is it is taking far, far too much time. It's taking three to four times as much time ... just to qualify folks on the hand grenade course than we had designated so what is happening is it is taking away from other aspects of training.”
Plus, trainees just aren’t strong enough to throw the grenade far enough away – and simply can’t be taught to properly throw a grenade

It all depends after all to Donald's decision.
Personally i'm not sure whether or not the transgendered should serve in the military. But i think that, every decision must be taken depending on the needs of the coutry. I rather have trangendered in the military if they are capable than a weakened army if you see what I mean.

Nothing will alter these abominable movements. Since Trump is the Commander and Chief, let’s see him override the recommendations of those who want homosexuals and transgenders to serve in our military.
