Food riots grip western Venezuela
Hungry mobs ransacked a food collection center, and a supermarket in Venezuela's western Andean state of Merida on Thursday and reportedly even slaughtered cattle grazing in a field as unrest over food shortages spread through the country.

An opposition lawmaker from Merida, Carlos Paparoni, said four people had died and 10 were injured in the chaos over the last two days, but he did not specify the circumstances.

Four years of recession and the world's highest inflation have plunged millions of Venezuelans into poverty, and President Nicolas Maduro's authoritarian socialist regime faces mounting unrest. ...

Actually, Bernie Sanders is Jewish but obviously not conservative. My wife and I came to learn that at least some Jews don't like Christians or Christianity because they believe that we believe that they will be totally wiped out in the Apocolypse - and anyone who hasn't already bowed his knee at some point will to his destruction. The Messiah is a political issue for that they called it politics. But Sanders also doesn't like Christians because he is a progessive liberal who all seem to have some sort of unholy alliance with Islam. It's like the two beasts from Revelation which have different physical origins but one master and agenda, working together.

Bernie Sanders pulled a fast one on homeschooling families in the new tax bill, its as if he has a real chip on his shoulder against CHristians? Is he a muslem or something? What is his religion that he would so actively work to keep CHristians from office such as here?....

three insightful minutes (see how Sanders uses social media to take statements from this gentleman about the gospel to paint him as an "Islamaphobe")

"Sir I am a Christian" hear the angry response!

Title: Bernie Sanders Rips Into Trump Budget Nominee for Past Christian Writings

its time for CHristians to open their eyes.

""millions of Venezuelans into poverty, and President Nicolas Maduro's authoritarian socialist regime faces mounting unrest.""

This is the product of communist/socialist dictatorship. Big Brother ideology cannot govern a nation properly and always ends up taking the peoples freedoms from them.

The ignorance of the politicians who have set themselves up over the nation is vividly displayed in the state of the country today.

Government thus management are alien to the communist/socialist regime and ideology. The extensive poverty in Russia, China and the communist nations demonstrates its incompetence to govern all people fairly.

The basic idea that all are equal in socialism eventually removes skills and abilities which can be used to organize and govern with appropriate and relevant and successful human intelligence.

Socialism has never bred leadership, because they begin at the bottom of man's ideologies with the deception that all are equal to the same task. Towing the party line puts Big Brother churlish in charge of the belligerent party. The humble servant is never a member of the socialist party.

Interesting to note how socialism (Democrat ideology) came dangerously close to the White House in Bernie Saunders!!!

We ought to take note of the influence a charismatic but misguided leader like Hugo Chavez and now this president, Maduro, can cause through socialist promises. Like any other organized sin, it's going to fail and fail miserably. This could well be the US in a generation or two, maybe less, if Jesus tarries. They say we won the Cold War, but it sure seems that may be a premature declaration.

Solomon once tried to warn his children against foolish leadership, but Rehaboam really missed some of those lessons that, due to the Lord closing off his heart and understanding, he blew it big time.

Venezuela does have universal health care, Jim. Of course people are starving trying to pay for it, but hey, you gotta take the lumps with the gravy, right? Oh yeah--they ain't got no stinkin' gravy!
