Washington state offers third gender option on birth certificates
Washington state residents who don't identify as male or female will soon be able to choose X as their gender on birth certificates.

Starting January 27, they will be able to identify as male, female or X on birth certificates. The policy lets Washingtonians change existing documents; it does not apply to new ones.

The rule, announced Thursday by the state Department of Health, defines X as the following:

A gender that is not exclusively male or female, including, but not limited to, intersex, agender, amalgagender, androgynous, bigender, demigender, female-to-male, genderfluid, genderqueer, male-to-female, neutrois, nonbinary, pangender, third sex, transgender, transsexual, Two Spirit, and unspecified. ...

Nete.
1thes.5:14¶Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.
15See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.
16¶Rejoice evermore.
17Pray without ceasing.
18In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
1tim.2
¶I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
7Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
8¶I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.kjv.
Scripture makes it pretty clear

Isn't 1 John 5:16 addressing someone who resists the work of the Holy Spirit who convicts us of our alienation from a holy God? Like a blasphemer.
How long do we pray for an individual based on this passage?

BTW, I like the part about rock science.

Second dumbest post of the year. You're on a roll here John!

Let me simplify this for you. He made 2 statements. Why should the one be believed and not the other?

If I recall, this man said that he never asked God for forgiveness because he didn't need to be forgiven. So how would prayer help someone like that? Seriously. How should we pray for such a person? How? How? How?
Oh for the love of. Of all the stupid. Trump never asked God for forgiveness? Where did you come up with that nonsense? Trump stated he became Born Again and in order to become Born Again one needs to ask God for forgiveness before embracing Jesus as ones Lord and Savior.

Hi Nete, Ladybug is right on this, and I've been trying to process your logic. I can assure you that many feel the same way Trump does. He's just a public figure who happened to voice his faulty view for a nation to hear. His logic is skewed, and he needs as much fervent prayer as anyone else to get the scales to fall from his eyes. Now, if he had already tasted the good things of God, and being filled with knowledge, and acknowledged Christ as his Saviour, but then turned his back and denied him, then I would say that prayer would be of no effect because it would be impossible to renew him into repentance. I'm not talking about backsliding, but a denial of His existence, or utter rejection, having once known Him.

Nete,

Are you saying he doesn't need prayer? Do you see his need for us as believers to pray for him, regardless of what he states? Did you see your need for Christ when you were dead in trespasses and sin?

"Sinners know that they have done wrong and therefore need to be forgiven." They do? Only IF God the Spirit has worked in their hearts. There isn't a verse in all the bible that states an unregenerate knows they are sinners and need forgiveness, rather, they love darkness and flee from the light - according to the word of God.

I cannot believe anyone who names the name of Christ would fail to pray for the lost, regardless of who they are or what they claim. I remember stating Trump's claims of not needing repentance to verify he wasn't born again, that doesn't mean I would never pray for him.

I never implied Trump is born again, does that mean we do not pray for him? how do you pray for the lost? Asking God to save sinners should be in our prayers daily. What dead in sin sinner admits their need to be saved?
1 Timothy 2:1–4, “I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.”
In essence he said he did not need to be saved. This is why he does not have to be forgiven. He does no wrong. Sinners know that they have done wrong and therefore need to be forgiven.

Trump never makes a mistake. This is why he never admits it. He "instinctively" makes the right decision about everything.
