Even Supremes wonder why abortionists protected by gag order
Even U.S. Supreme Court justices are wondering why members of the National Abortion Federation are being protected by a California judge’s gag order on an undercover video in which an industry insider admits it’s “a person, it’s killing.”
The American Center for Law and Justice has confirmed the court has ordered the National Abortion Federation to respond to ACLJ’s petition for the court to review and reverse the order.
The undercover video was in a series released in 2015 by the Center for Medical Progress that show Planned Parenthood executives and other abortion-business insiders admitting they sell unborn baby body parts for profit.
The FBI is investigating Planned Parenthood, and Attorney General Jeff Sessions confirmed during a recent hearing that a senatorial probe could be the basis for eventual charges against the abortion-industry giant....
National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C.
Two black leaders who were prevented from demonstrating outside the Smithsonian African-American history museum against a decades-long “genocide” carried out against black children through abortion resolved a free-speech case against the federal government in their favor
“Progressives claim to be for diversity and tolerance, but if you don’t march in lockstep with their narrative, they use force and the threat of force to shut you down,” he said. “Here, we were able to use the federal courts to turn that narrative on its head.”
The suit alleged violations of the First and Fifth Amendments as well as the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act
Rev. Clenard H. Childress Jr., pastor of a black church in the Newark, New Jersey, area, and Jacqueline Hawkins, director minority outreach for the non-profit Center for Bio-Ethical Reform, filed suit after an official with the National Museum of African American History & cops suppressed truth shown in photo-mural exhibits and literature to “demonstrate the devastation of abortion’s consequences on the African American community.”
Truth is the new hate speech, in those who rather sure-press the truth, in acts of unrighteousness. Rather than be set free by the truth. Another good reminder of why the unregenerate need to hear why their is none who are righteous or prepared to die, outside of Christ alone amen!
Spurgeon; I don't believe that any man can preach the gospel who does n't preach the law. The law is the needle, & you can't draw the silken thread of the gospel through a man's heart unless you first send the needle of the law to make way for it. If men don't understand the law, they will n't feel that they are sinners. & if they aren't consciously sinners, they will never value the sin offering. There is no healing a man till the law has wounded him, no making him alive till the law has slain him.

Disproportionate harm’
Among the signs held by the protesters was one pointing out that while black women are 11 percent of the population, they are victims in 36 percent of abortions.
They contend Planned Parenthood and “abortion care” have “suppressed the black vote more effectively that poll taxes, literacy tests, voter ID requirements, and Ku Klux Klan lynchings combined.”
The signs point out that by 2014, 18 million African-American babies had been killed, calling it a “black genocide.”
The lawsuit asserted the museum hides from its visitors “the fact that abortion is disproportionately harming the African American community” and celebrates supporters of abortion.
They noted that the museum promotes the Black Lives Matter movement, which the protesters describe as “viciously pro-abortion.” And they pointed to the museum’s celebration of Justice Thurgood Marshall, the first African-American to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court
Dr. Tim I don't quite understand your point yes rich women, be their of any color, could go to Sweden for an abortion before Roe versus Wade. I'm not quite sure what that has to do with it.
A Reader Reacts to the Balmer Article wrote: ..... The word "evangelical" has morphed from being commonly used to describe a set of theological and spiritual commitments into a passionately defended, theo-political brand. Worse, that brand has become synonymous with social arrogance, ignorance and prejudice — all antithetical to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Balmer's claims, while not new, are deservedly painful for millions of white evangelicals who are deeply offended by racism, repelled by Trump, and who vocally deny the false theo-political brand that co-opts the faith we hold dear.

The righteousness of Christ being imputed to one is what is needed, Jim. Money & health care have their own importances in our lives. But ones greatest need of how one is to come & enter the Kingdom of Heaven, money nor insurance, willn't profit one, on the day of appointed judgement. Only Christ Holy righteousness & one, being one of His Sheep amen!
Pro 11:4 Riches profit n't in the day of wrath, but righteousness delivereth from death.
Mat 16:25-26 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it, &?whosoever will lose his life for My sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world & lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
It's a little curious and fairly late for the FBI to jump in on an obvious set of crimes. Maybe they were waiting for someone to wrap it all up nicely? But that's not really the issue, actually. They won't budge until an Assistant US Attorney somewhere says that he or she will consider prosecution. And those people are political appointees... And that takes time... Wheels of justice grind along slowly in this land, but not so in that coming Kingdom. Come quickly Lord Jesus!
Of course abortion is a problem for the women who resort to it, and for those Whites that use it as a stalking horse for their various political agendas such as blocking Universal Health Care.
Zoe Dutton wrote: ...money is often a decisive factor. The median wealth of white households is 18 times that of Hispanic households and 20 times that of black households, according to the Pew Research Center, but across the board, low-income women have a higher rate of unintended pregnancy and abortion regardless of race. They are less likely to have health insurance or consistent access to healthcare, and therefore birth control, according to a study by the ]]Kaiser Family Foundation...
In my first comment I was more interested in observing the accuracy of WND, but anyway, as important as being anti-abortion is, one is putting the cart before the horse if one doesn't emphasize Universal Health Care first! The best cure for stopping abortions is Universal Health Care--well, besides a high-income.
I just can't hear, see, or read about this stuff enough times to become callous to it. Old news is still new and current news, so that's the ongoing issue. We're sickenened not only by the senseless mass murder, and in the most horrific and painful of ways, but then one day, someone has a bright idea...Hey! Let's dissect these little buggers body's and see who'll give us what for the pieces. Hard to even type, but that's about it. A murder goes wrong, and they cut the baby's head or spinal column after delivery, and then laugh and tell jokes over lunch or dinner about the little hacked up parts they hawk. Disgusting.
The seventh video has the testimony of a Planned Parenthood worker who tapped an aborted infant’s heart and saw it start beating.
Sessions’ comments about possible charges came in response this month to a question from Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., who referenced a report that the FBI asked to view the original documents used by the Senate Judiciary Committee to investigate Planned Parenthood and others, and refer them for investigation and prosecution.
The Senate Judiciary Committee and the House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives, which conducted a similar investigation, both referred Planned Parenthood clinics and several middleman organ procurement companies to the Department of Justice for criminal investigation and prosecution.
After referencing the baby body parts videos, Franks asked Sessions if a Senate investigation and subsequent referrals provided a sufficient basis to bring criminal charges again any “guilty party.”
“Well, it depends on the substance of those congressional findings, but they certainly provide a basis for starting an investigation and verifying the findings of the Congress, and could provide a basis for charges,” Sessions said. Abortion rips out a beating heart and $ell$ it
.WND could very well be right about how the Supreme Court feels. They seem to be out front with this information. This is fine, but I would like to have more sources for the information. WND is known not to be the most reliable source. Sarah Bailey "...carrying an unhealthy cynicism toward the media can rattle our sense that there is indeed knowable truth. I have often pointed an article that was originally in WND, ]]http://tinyurl.com/j6b24v4 (The Jews took no one's land) but, in most cases, I take their articles with a grain of salt until further proof can be had.
