Trump calls for death penalty for NYC truck attack suspect
President Donald Trump on Thursday backed away from his threat to send the suspect in the New York bike path attack to Guantanamo Bay, acknowledging in an early morning tweet that the military judicial process at the Cuban detention center takes longer than the civilian federal court system.

But Trump called again for the man to be executed, which could complicate the case for prosecutors and give defense attorneys a chance to argue the president's tweets hurt their client's right to a fair trial.

Trump tweeted Thursday morning that the case against Sayfullo Saipov, 29, "Should move fast. DEATH PENALTY!" He had tweeted Wednesday night: "NYC terrorist was happy as he asked to hang ISIS flag in his hospital room. He killed 8 people, badly injured 12. SHOULD GET DEATH PENALTY!" ...

This man is guilty of several murders and in presence of more than two witnesses. He should be taken and strung up from nearest tree and hung until dead.

(Natural News) Instantly nullifying the gun control argument that’s always pushed by the left-wing media following every mass shooting tragedy, today’s Texas church shooter was stopped by an armed citizen with a rifle.
The armed citizen engaged the shooter with rifle fire, according to media reports, causing him to drop his rifle and flee the scene. The shooter was later found dead in his vehicle, most likely after bleeding out from the gunshot wound inflicted by the armed Texas citizen. This has all been confirmed by the Texas Rangers.
Freeman Martin, a major in the Texas Rangers and a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, says the suspect dropped his rifle and fled after being confronted by a local man who had grabbed his rifle.
Freeman provided a timeline of the tragedy in a press briefing Sunday evening.
“At approximately 11:20 this morning a suspect was seen at a Valero gas station in Sutherland Springs, Texas,” Martin said. “He was dressed in all black. That suspect crossed the street to the church, exited his vehicle and began firing at the church.”

This may be reported somewhere else on SermonAudio, if not I assume it soon will be. The shooter was well-armed, from news reports. Probably somebody local.

Kelsey Bradshaw and Caleb Downs, / San Antonio Express-News, Guillermo Contreras, and Sig Christenson wrote:
The shooter was killed in Guadalupe County.
Police are reportedly searching for explosives at a home belonging to the suspected shooter.
The shooter has not been identified.

ABC News Radio wrote:
... One of the mitigating factors in his sentencing were disparaging comments by President Trump as a candidate and while in office. Nance ruled Monday that while Bergdahl can get a fair trial despite the remarks, he would consider them in his sentencing....

More recently, Trump declined to comment on Bergdahl's case, telling reporters, "I think people have heard my comments in the past."

...Even those comments were seen by Nance as "unlawful command influence," writing in his ruling, "The plain meaning of the president’s words to any reasonable hearer could be that in spite of knowing that he should not comment on the pending sentencing in this case, he wanted to make sure that everyone remembered what he really thinks should happen to the accused."

One person who probably gotten easier sentence because of the commander-in-chief tweets.

God's Law....

Deuteronomy 19:11 But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities:
12 Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.
13 Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee."

Deuter 19:19 Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
20 And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
21 And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot."

"Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil." Christ Jesus. Matt 5:17.

I think president Trump should I allow the New York officials to handle the problem, so far his tweets have inspired lighter penalties for various offenders then what they may have gotten originally. Hmm, maybe that's what he wants? ]] (Trump calls for death penalty for NYC terror suspect).

Interesting, and also disgusting, really, how a Democrat, liberal, snowflake made a press statement a couple of days ago stating in response to the outrage, "How we treat this man will define who we are as a people". Meaning...come on guys, let's give him a break...just calm down, he's a human being...lets chat and get his side of the story. Let's not be so angry over the lives he took, I'm sure he's remorseful and has been brainwashed by the misunderstood freedom fighters.

Ez13:18b"Will ye hunt the souls of my people,
and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?
19And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread,
to slay the souls that should not die,
and to save the souls alive that should not live,
by your lying to my people that hear your lies? "
Gen 9:5 "And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man.
6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man."

Mat 10:28And fear not them which kill the body,
but are not able to kill the soul:
but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
29Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
30But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
31Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows."
