Woman Who Escaped North Korea Says Children Are 'Dying Without Hope'
A North Korean refugee whose two younger brothers died of starvation says children and babies are "dying without hope" under Kim Jong Un's regime.
Grace Jo, 26, who now studies at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland, told Fox News in an interview on Wednesday that the world must stop the North Korean regime and its killing of innocent people, but added that she doesn't want to see a military intervention.
"Child, babies and moms are dying without any hope," Jo said.
The refugee said that she and her family escaped three times to China, but were captured and sent back to North Korea....
Don't forget that Kim Il Sung, the founder of this terrible regime, father to Kim Jong Il and grandfather to Kim Jong Un, was the son of devout evangelical Presbyterian believers, and attended church as a young boy, before he was seduced by Chinese and Soviet Union Communism as a student.
The Christians at that time in North Korea were just undergoing persecution from the Japanese, and were just about to come under the Communist persecution, led by the same Kim Il Sung.
Kim Il Sung was not shy about attempting to destroy the faith of his fathers. He boldly proclaimed that he was god, that he was to be worshiped and that his people were to keep the "10 Principles", copied directly from Moses' words.
Good show on evil false god --
Kim Chung-seong, a North Korean defector now working as a Christian missionary, says despite the persecution faced by Christians in the world's most difficult place for Christians, the church continues to grow there. "The one thing that the North Korean regime fears the most, and is afraid of, is the spreading of the Gospel," he said Friday at the first annual World Summit in Defense of Persecuted Christians in Washington, D.C. "Because the Bible and the Gospel speaks the truth. Once the light shines in the dark room, there is light in the room." Despite the efforts of the government in North Korea, he said, the faith of Christians in that country continues to grow. ...
It was good to read of this fine young lady, now mercifully escaped from North Korea, and a US citizen, and who suffered so much, and who lost members of her family to the wickedness of this evil regime.
We do indeed pray that the judgment of God will fall on this evil regime, and as happened to the Soviet Empire, and linked Communist dictatorships of Eastern and Central Europe some years ago in the 1990's, it will implode on itself, the Kim dynasty will fall and like as East Germany was reunited with West Germany, so North Korea may at least be reunited with South Korea as a fully democratic nation.
