Prince Harry hits out at 'fake news' and clickbait culture
The Prince, who surprised around 10,000 screaming fans during a WE Day convention for young people, urged the next generation to turn away from clickbait culture and fake news, as he promised to champion them in making their world a better place.
Saying he understood their frustration at the "entrenched mindsets" of their forebears over issues such as the environment, he urged them to abandoned "pessimism and cynicism" to move forward.
Chris Cillizza wrote: While Francis' message was not specifically directed at Trump, there's little question that the head of the Roman Catholic Church is aware of the American President's role in seeking to call into question all news that he doesn't like -- and its ripple effect around the world. BBC wrote: Theresa May accused Russia of meddling in elections in the West as 'an attempt to sow discord'.
Addressing business leaders in a speech at the Lord Mayor's banquet on Monday, she accused state-run media organisations of planting fake news and photo-shopping images to "undermine our institutions".
As for "fake news" we can all understand Harry's hate for newspaper reporters considering they caused the death of his mother.
As for quote "environment issues" sadly that comes from the great scam which politicians and some scientists are propagating. The modern generation are being deceived in many ways, environment, morals, church witness, and political obtuseness, etc
The disease of Liberalism is destroying intelligence, church and morals.....
