US Archbishop hits back at Pope Francis allies over Catholics' 'ecumenism of hate' with evangelicals
An American Archbishop has hit back at allies of Pope Francis who recently attacked US conservative Catholics and evangelicals for their 'ecumenism of hate,' with the Archbishop arguing that the groups are 'merely for fighting for what their Churches have always held to be true'.

As Christian Today reported last week, Antonio Spadaro and Marcelo Figueroa condemned 'Manichaean language that divides reality between absolute Good and absolute Evil' in an article they wrote together on the 'surprising ecumenism' between the two groups.

Spadaro is a Jesuit priest who edits La Civiltà Cattolica and Marcelo Figueroa is a Presbyterian pastor who is editor-in-chief of the Argentinian edition of L'Osservatore Romano. Spadaro's paper is considered the official voice of the Vatican and its contents are approved before publication by the Vatican secretary of state. ...

By the way, John Y, I've been meaning to mention something: You've said on several occasions that you are Roman Catholic because you were baptized Roman Catholic. I was baptized the same, but renounce the church and its system of false worship; a system replete with fatally false doctrines and manmade lies straight out of the pits of Hell itself.

If Jack Chick and many others are to be believed, the anti-reformation squad from the RCC, namely the Jesuits, have as one of their strategies to infiltrate protestant churches and bring them down from within.

The sign outside the church building which says, "All Welcome" needs to be reviewed, and more discipline undertaken.

If Saul of Tarsus (whom God called to be an apostle) found it difficult to join the church in Jerusalem, why do some churches insist on receiving all and sundry without the necessary checks and interviews?

"Of course you aren't an enemy of the cross. Your testimony of the past 10+ years here are proof of that
Just as Ishmael and Hagar were jealous of Isaac, the lost are jealous of you. I wonder why they say you are wasting your time here, when they take so much of their time to insult you" says the ecumenical Jesuit troll. We already know why you waste your time here Jesuit, to do the bidding of your father, the devil.
You keep forgetting your own words, ""People don't want to read bickering, backbiting as innuendo when coming here". Can you say 'hypocrite'?

This item is news to me, though of course I am not a regular follower of what the Pope is doing these days. I have listened to the news on the local Catholic radio station and it is usually the same--all about the plight of the immigrants. More immigrants to US means more people that could attend their churches, so that's why they keep up the steady drumbeat, just like the main Hispanic TV networks, Univision and Telemundo.

You are being a good Catholic and adding to God's word. Now, read it again.....slowly. How are sinners saved? By God's grace, not contingent on anything the sinner does, as 'not of works' clearly states. God warns about adding to and taking from His word in Deut. and Proverbs, you need to heed that warning.

You aren't going to get a job anywhere if you are not actively seeking employment. Your continual drivel here is evidence you like to toy with others and give false impressions.

Shouldn't you be using what little time you have at the library on the internet to pursue gainful employment and NOT wasting time on internet forums?
What it states in Ephesians 2:8-9 means the same as surrendering ones life to Christ by grace through faith and placing trust in Him alone by grace through faith. I received a housing voucher that will pay for the rent and utilities on an apartment in the small town I reside in. And after I move out of that homeless shelter I am residing in there is a good chance I will get hired on there full time as a Data Entry employee.

The hypocrisy in these people is astounding! They express a sanctimonious concern about "fundamentalists " initiating a "theocratic" state. What they are neglecting to tell you is that the RCC did just that for centuries, either directly, or in collusion with the secular authorities resulting in a reign of terror in Europe that murdered thousands of any that dared oppose it. They have successfully kept this largely out of the public eye to the point that your average citizen has no clue of these things. This is typical Jesuit propaganda designed to advance the world domination of the Papacy. There is nothing new under the sun!

Agreed MS...very disturbing, and I can't even begin to process such logic. Reminds me of the "Christian" sodomites who have searched far and wide for biblical loopholes to justify and continue on with their wicked things.

No, no, and no, John! In fact your own comment that Mike quoted even confirms it. They most certainly do not and it's so very easily provable, but you know that.
