Feedback Friday for 06-30-17

Daily we ought to praise God for His faithfulness! He is faithful to His people! “Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.” (1 Thessalonians 5:24) God is intentionally, personally, and specifically faithful to you! He never starts a work and then stops! “He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” (Philippians 1:6)

We may go back on our word or change our plans, but God never changes His Word or revokes His promises! “For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: But the word of the Lord endureth for ever.” (1 Peter 1:24–25) God always makes good on His Word. “For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.” (Psalm 119:89).

We hear often from listeners and broadcasters who share how God is impacting lives through His Word. We rejoice as God confirms that all of His promises are “yea” and “Amen” in Christ (2 Corinthians 1:20). May the feedback we share weekly encourage you as It does us!

SermonAudio is proud to be a partner with FAME as we co-produce a weekly 'audio journal podcast' called Five Minutes of FAME taken from a first-person perspective.

But first, some other encouragements!

WE JUST CAME THROUGH the Foundations Conference in NYC last week and we are still recovering! We have also had time to reflect on the time together and will be posting a post-conference announcement shortly!

Sadly, so ends our Foundations Conference NYC with Steven Lawson, Joel Beeke, Phil Johnson, Gerard Hemmings, Todd Friel, Armen Thomassian, Alan Dunlop. Do take the time to enjoy the messages!

The following is feedback we received from one of the Foundations Conference attendees:

I work three jobs (one full, two part time at night). Time is incredibly precious and fleeting. I love meeting with God's people every Sunday and I rarely miss worship. My two sons (21 & 19) tell me I smile the most when I am at worship service. With the busy-ness of life it often seems that each Lord's Day is a lot further away than six days.

The ministry of SermonAudio provides much needed encouragement and comfort for the in-between times. It’s a great reminder of what I have to look forward to on Sunday. I'll read a chapter a day of Scripture and then download two or three sermons on that chapter and listen during commuting. It’s a terrific way to go through the Bible. I also download sermons by topics or speakers and listen to them as well.

I attend Trinity Church in Long Island. I can also find Pastor Ben Miller on SermonAudio. Great when I want to re-hear a sermon. I tell anyone who will listen about SermonAudio. It is a real treasure and a necessary ministry. May God bless SermonAudio and the people who are part of it. You are an answer to prayer. --Tom Terino

Encouraging broadcaster feedback..

Below is some of the feedback from broadcasters we've received just this past week. We encourage you to contact them and tell them that you saw them here!

Robert Vradenburgh, Friendship Baptist Church

"Recently a young man in his 20's called and left a message on our church answering machine. I called him back and he shared with me how he had recently trusted the Lord and how God had delivered him from godlessness and all sorts of life-dominating sin. The power of the gospel began to totally transform his life. Within a few days, this man found a job. He had been homeless for some time and God provided a place for him to live. The man lived in another state but somehow found our church on SermonAudio and started listening. He called to tell me that the bulk of his discipleship over the last few months had been by watching our webcast and listening to my messages on SermonAudio. What a joy to hear how God is doing a great work in this young man’s life. He wants to stay in touch with me. I am seeking to help him find a good church in his area so he can begin to fellowship with other believers on a weekly basis! It’s amazing to me what modern technology has connected us in ways I never imagined. SermonAudio has impacted this man’s life and has blessed our church family!"

Rev. Thomas Martin, Lisburn Free Presbyterian Church

"We are very pleased with SermonAudio. It is an excellent tool for evangelism and Bible teaching. We have people who can’t make it out to church for health reasons. These folks are from all denominations and they view this tool as their lifeline. This ministry has been so blessed. If we stopped using SermonAudio, it would be a big step backward for our ministry. We pray for you at all our prayer meetings. We are so blessed and thankful for this medium. It’s a tremendous tool for the Lord’s service and so accessible on all devices."

"We have just recently started broadcasting on your site and we are very pleased with the results we are seeing. The Word of God is being spread in many ways. We are very happy and encouraged by the number of people downloading messages and listening to God’s Word. We are a small ministry but want to get God’s Word out to a greater number of people and see God change lives. Thank you for all you do to help make this possible."

Tim Hicks, Galilee Baptist Church

"We find that SermonAudio is easy to use. We like the layout, and the uploading for sermons is top notch. Being on SermonAudio has had an impact on our church ministry as about half of our visitors came after they listened to one of our messages on your site. People have the opportunity to get a feel for what they will hear and experience as they do this. We are grateful for the service and for the outreach you provide."

We would encourage you to read through more testimonials we've received over the years from both listeners and broadcasters alike.
