Feedback Friday for 06-09-17

One of the greatest blessings and mightiest weapons God has given us is prayer. Do you value prayer? Recently I was listening to a message that highlighted the value of prayer! Prayer is absolutely essential to the well-being of our souls personally. The Puritans also believed prayer was valuable as Christians seek to fulfill their callings in their families, churches, and nation. Furthermore, prayer is one of the most Christ-like activities we can undertake. Christ prayed constantly and for extended periods of times. We can imitate Him as we pray. We should remember that “ye have not, because ye ask not” (James 4:2). One pastor noted “Though we struggle often with “unanswered prayer”, it may be that our greater difficulty is “un-offered prayer” .

We trust that you pray earnestly for your pastor and your church. Please pray also for us here at SermonAudio as well as the thousands of speakers on our site. Perhaps as you listen to a sermon, you might take a moment to pray for the one who has prepared it and proclaimed it. Here is some feedback we have received from some of our broadcasters lately.

SermonAudio is proud to be a partner with FAME as we co-produce a weekly 'audio journal podcast' called Five Minutes of FAME taken from a first-person perspective by Field Leader, Rodney Davidson. Learn more about how to support the work!

But first, some other encouragements!

Conference booklets are in and they look very attractive as conference booklets go! Can't wait to see you all there in NYC June 22-23. LESS THAN 2 WEEKS TO GO. Register today!

We've got a new store item coming soon! Purchasing items from our Online Store not only helps raise awareness of the site, but is an excellent way of helping support us in our effort to cover the globe with great preaching!

Encouraging broadcaster feedback..

Below is some of the feedback from broadcasters we've received just this past week. We encourage you to contact them and tell them that you saw them here!

Craig J. Scott, First Reformed Presbyterian Church

"Our congregation really appreciates being able to access so quickly the sermons that we upload to your site. We find your apps and website to be very helpful and user-friendly. It’s easy to search for sermons and download them. What you offer and what you are developing for the future is exciting!"

Steven J Cole, Flagstaff Christian Fellowship

"We are thankful for the ability to increase our outreach through partnering with SermonAudio. We hear from people occasionally who listen to our messages in surprising places around the world. God has his people in places we never knew before. Many friends not only are able to access audio content but also the weekly PDF of the sermon. Thank you for the platform you offer for us. The Lord is definitely blessing your ministry."

Rev. Ron Johnstone, Grace Free Presbyterian Church

"We have quite a few people in our congregation who listen to SermonAudio. One member is hard of hearing so she will often re-listen to the messages I preach on Sunday so she can get the full benefit from it. People who are on holiday often listen to any messages they miss. I listen to sermons from a few preachers on the site as I am driving in my car. What a blessing to listen to sermons using your phone now. I enjoy listening to excellent preachers on the site who are not in my denomination or group and have a different preaching style then I do but are nonetheless sound expositors. You are doing a good work. The people in our church are so pleased to see where God is allowing sermons to be heard through this means. We regularly pray for you. You are doing a good work. We are very, very thankful for what you do!"

Philip Hunt, Kitwe Church

"Through SermonAudio the ministry of Kitwe Church extends from Kitwe, Zambia to the world. Our church family is often scattered for work and other demands. SermonAudio is the link that keeps them connected when they are away. We are so grateful for this service to Christ’s Church!"

Nelson Berrios, Iglesia Cristiana Gracia Soberana Reform

"About three days ago I started uploading our sermons to your site. The church is really happy about this opportunity and especially the ability to download sermons so easily. This is a blessing from the Heavenly Father for providing SermonAudio as part of sharing His Word."

We would encourage you to read through more testimonials we've received over the years from both listeners and broadcasters alike.

Join us, support us, and enjoy the stories!
