China: 100,000 New Converts to Christ Per Year

The Rev. Erik Burklin of China Partner, which trains Chinese Christian leaders, said that God is in the business of "changing lives" and "building His Church."

"Like Jesus said to Peter, 'On this rock I will build my church.' When He said that, He said, 'I will build my church.' Not, 'You Christians build my church,' but, 'I will,'" Burklin told Mission Network News.

He talked of surprising developments, such as a person with the central government donating close to $7.3 million for a new chapel at Union Theological Seminary in the city of Nanjing.

"I was just scratching my head, thinking to myself, 'How in the world is it possible that in China, where Communism still runs the country, a person in the Central Government would donate so that a local school — in this case, the national seminary in China — can finish constructing their chapel?' It's unbelievable," Burklin stated. ...

Hunt might not appreciate his religious freedom as much as he should. Without stating the obvious, Christians in our country have used their gifts for political activism to secure the ability to share the Gospel with limited restraint

btw- Tell Dave I can bring up several instances in the OT where the people have been successful politically. Granted, mostly they are successful in wickedness, but at times the righteous were successful politically

Here ya go J. Lincoln - https://michaeljeshurun.wordpress.com/2017/03/19/dave-hunts-scripture-twisting/
Another 'go to' guy of yours that has 'issues'. His own false gospel is just as damning as that of the RCC.

In attempting to justify his position from Scripture, one of Terry’s major errors is in confusing Israel and the church.... their actions in smashing idols, in ridding Israel of homosexuals and stopping the practice of offering children to Molech-or the setting up of righteous judges by Moses-either political or social “activism.” These were the deeds of Israel’s leaders, ruling God’s “chosen people,”...

Why is it that those who are so concerned about the immoral behavior of the godless all around us seem so little concerned about the false gospel of Roman Catholicism which is leading nearly a billion souls to hell? ... Why don’t the Christian activists show concern for this unbelief which eternally damns souls?...

Falsely accusing the brethren is sin, did you know that? Probably not, since you display no evidence of being born again.
Supporting murder, especially the slaughter of innocent children is a violation of God's commandment. You ignore that commandment and make excuses for this slaughter, i.e., 'rape', 'saving the life of the mother', blah blah blah.

You fool no one. Your psych degree isn't helping your cause to push the liberal, satanic agenda of death.

Ah, snipping again ladybug? Pretty soon they're going to think you're Catholic. Criticizing me is like attacking many of the Christians of Northern Ireland and the majority had to support this law in saving women's lives
BBC wrote:
Abortion rates

There were 16 terminations of pregnancy in hospitals in Northern Ireland, which has a population of 1.8 million, during 2014/15, down from 23 over the previous 12 months. By contrast there were 184,571 abortions in England and Wales, which has a total population of 56 million, during 2014 and 185,311 in 2013, according to the Department of Health.

--]]http://tinyurl.com/ybgpd45l (Why are Northern Ireland's abortion laws different to the rest of the UK?)

One can assume all these abortions were done to save the mother's life. Ulster doesn't seem to have any problem with curbing abortions on their own turf, and still protect the life of the mother. Killing women is never right -- nor Christian. Anyway, I agree with the Northern Ireland position. Sorry you don't think they're Christian.

brother Frank,

Thank you for your comments. As for Jim Lincoln, he hasn't ears to hear, so naturally, he twists everyone's comment. He has no love for Christ, His gospel and others. His time is spent attempting to manipulate others with his Satanic agenda. He uses subtlety, or so he thinks, to slither onto these threads like a snake and spew out his venom.

This is why I repeatedly tell Jim Lincoln 'you must be born again'. Very soon he will stand before the righteous Judge of all the earth and no link, no quote, no political party, no fake news story will help him on that day.

I wish you didn't disable the comments on a video you posted on You Tube concerning Jeff Williams and your attempt to consider it slander should anyone not agree with Jeff's testimony that the earth is round..........I think both the prophets and the words of Jesus Himself trump the words of some freemason astronaut and his unbiblical cosmology unless you too believe Jesus was so stupid He had no idea the stars could not actually fall to the earth like figs from a tree being that by Him and through Him all things were created..........I'm more worried about you on judgement day telling people to shun the words of the prophets and the words of Jesus Son of God and take the words of one man who claims he is a believer.......even in the bible we find many who cry out "Lord Lord" did we not do many miracles in your name"........Its apparent you would rather take the philosophies and unproven theories of sinful men over the divine word of God that clearly states 4 times that the earth is fixed and unmovable and that the sun travels over the earth

In their book, Victims & Victors, David Reardon & associates draw on the accounts of 192 women who experienced pregnancy as the result of rape or incest. It turns out that when victims of violence speak for themselves, their opinion of abortion is nearly unanimous & the exact opposite of what most would predict: nearly all the women interviewed said they regretted aborting their babies conceived via rape or incest. Of those giving an opinion, more than 90 percent said they would discourage other victims of sexual violence from having abortions. Not one who gave birth to a child expressed regret.

Hey Sister! I hope all is going well with you and your family. Thanks for engaging Jim. I still can't believe he continued to post, but then satan's minions all work differently.

Jim is pro-abortion and even though he posts against homosexuality, he supported the biggest proponent of that; Barack. He sometimes claims he is against feminism, but he supported their heroine. How someone can openly and shamelessly support these agendas and still claim to be in the body of Christ is beyond my comprehension.

But, thanks to you and others, his agenda is exposed.

Oh and Jim, if a woman is raped, then she can have the child and then give it up for adoption. If you understood that the unborn was really life, then you would also understand that the life in the womb hasn't done anything to be murdered.

And even though you changed Ladybug's comment to say she somewhat agreed with the life of the mother argument; she didn't say that. Read her link!

Only the evil "hide from" truths!

No, ladybug, I'm a registered Independent and happily point out problems with both parties. For example, ]]http://tinyurl.com/hms7hwa (The Record of Republican Corruption) Neither party is God's party

I would suggest you read the Wikipedia article and Chaos one by John MacArthur. In fact my earlier post has nothing to do with politics, now if I was part of the ]]http://tinyurl.com/ypago4 "Christian" Activism? movement you would definitely have reason to complain. I at times have doubts about their Christianity.

It's unfortunate many of these Christians--- aren't. Catholics aren't, ]]http://tinyurl.com/z2fu7j2 (Roman Catholics, Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses) and most Pentecostals aren't. See Wikipedia for their strange beliefs and history in China, ]]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_Independent_Churches

Christopher Brittain pointed out,
" David Martin - suggest that the popularity of these churches is related to the way in which Christianity is linked to access to power. People are drawn to the neo-Pentecostal movement because they believe that their participation will result in some tangible results: financial success, health, successful marriage and so on. It is perhaps thus unsurprising that, generally speaking, individuals in less developed countries, particularly those making the transition from rural areas to large urban centers, are most likely to attend neo-Pentecostal churches."

What they don't realise yet, is that the word of God has quickening power, if the Lord wills. Some of them may unwittingly get converted. Not that they would complain; no Christian ever yet complained of being given eternal life.

The interesting thing is, what is the Communist Government permitting to be taught in that seminary in Nanjing.

Not only is evangelism outside church buildings prohibited, youth and children's activities are forbidden, and sermons are vetted. I understand that eschatology and the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ are among the banned subjects for sermons.

I am also certain that in the state approved TSPM Protestant and "Patriotic" Catholic Churches, the secret police regularly sit in, monitor and record services, as they now have installed CCTV cameras in some of these churches, linked no doubt to the nearest police station!!

Because of one faithful and courageous believer, we can now assume that the majority of 100,000 of those believers will also follow and bear fruit. Yay! Baptisms for everyone! Also this article is biased political mess, government crackdown? They have a seminary, explain that! House churches of all kinds of faiths? Millions, explain that! The torture of that lawyer? Good luck finding anything about that besides that the prisoners were medicated and sedated. I guess that is now torture. Seriously, these are obvious propaganda articles, with zero creadible information in them.
