20 dead as explosions hit Ariana Grande concert

The Sun confirmed police were looking at it as a “terrorist incident,” with a statement from Greater Manchester officers that, “So far 19 people have been confirmed dead, with around 50 others injured. This is currently being treated as a terrorist incident until police know otherwise.”

It strongly resembles any one of a number of recent attacks that have proven to be terror, in Paris and other locations.

The Daily Mail said there were reports of at least 20 dead and many injured, and “video footage showed thousands of people fleeing in tears from the venue, many covered in blood.” ...

The focus of the police investigation is whether Salman Abedi was part of a wider terror network, Ian Cobain and Ewen MacAskill report:

Police and the security service are focusing upon the Libyan connections of the Manchester suicide bomber. Salman Abedi travelled to see his mother, father, younger brother and sister in Libya last week but Whitehall sources said they suspected there were also what they termed “nefarious purposes” behind his visit to Tripoli.

His father, Ramadan, and younger brother, Hashem, 20, were reported to have been arrested by a militia in Tripoli on suspicion of having links with Islamic State.

British police were also investigating Abedi’s connections in Manchester, including among the city’s Libyan community.

Greater Manchester police’s chief constable, Ian Hopkins, said the public should be aware that “this is a network that we are investigating”, while the home secretary, Amber Rudd, said that the relatively sophisticated nature of the attack suggested he may have had support. Pictures of the remnants of the bomb that emerged on Wednesday suggested that whoever constructed it was an expert.

“It seems likely, possible, that he wasn’t doing this on his own,” Rudd said.
&Among concerns of police&security service?- Islamophobia

and what of Podesta's emails in WikiLeaks regarding any leakers?

WikiLeaks has never been proven wrong.

the dems by admitting that "Russia stole" their information to "change the election" is an admission that the email leaks were real... they authenticated the emails...

they have left a trail....

what does the dems have to do with benghazai and qaddafi and why is merkel insisting on bringing them over as Europe disintegrates?

Big mouth Americans strike again?
BBC wrote:
Police investigating the Manchester Arena bomb attack have stopped sharing information with the US after leaks to the media, the BBC understands.

UK officials were outraged when photos appearing to show debris from the attack appeared in the New York Times.

It came after the name of bomber Salman Abedi was leaked to US media just hours after the attack, which left 22 dead.

Theresa May said she would tell Donald Trump at a Nato meeting that shared intelligence "must remain secure".

"The police decision to stop sharing information specifically about the Manchester attack with their security counterparts in the US is a hugely significant move and shows how angry British authorities are."

Yes, I.E., leaky American sources are a major topic on the international press!

(BBC NEWS) — A woman has become the sixth person arrested in the UK over the Manchester Arena bombing, as police said they were investigating a “network.”

Police said they had arrested the woman after an armed raid at a block of flats in Blackley, north Manchester.

Suicide bomber Salman Abedi killed 22 – including children – and injured 64 at an Ariana Grande concert on Monday.

The bomber’s father, Ramadan, and younger brother, Hashem, have been detained by militia in Libya. And his older brother, Ismail, was detained in Chorlton, south Manchester, on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the New York Times has obtained photos which it says were gathered by UK authorities at the scene of the attack, including the remnants of a backpack, nuts and screws, and a device identified as a "possible detonator".
The paper says the alleged evidence suggests "a powerful, high-velocity charge, and a bomb in which its shrapnel was carefully and evenly packed".
UK authorities have reacted with anger to the publication of the leaked pictures.
One Whitehall source told the BBC there was "disbelief and astonishment" across Whitehall.
A counter terrorism policing said it was a breach of trust that undermined relationships with "trusted intelligence, law enforcement and security partners"

This is very sad, but people need to wake up to God's judgement. How many more of these will have to happen before people realize that going to pagan temples to worship these wicked pop stars is a sure way to anger God.

Did Theresa May mention "Islam," or "Muslim" at all? Perhaps our friends across the Atlantic know? I suspect nice speeches are being made by the guarded class. Can you imagine Churchill calling the effort a war on Messerschmitts?
Bro Mike, if she refers to them at all, it is "Islamic Extremists" or "terrorists". The BBC for a very long time have referred to ISIS as "so-called Islamic State". Such waffle.

And then, in the wake of things such as this, you will always find the anglican bishops, catholic cardinals and muslim leaders all huddled together and claiming abhorrence of the killings.

But as I've said earlier, it takes a spiritual discernment to see what is going on before our very eyes.

Of course, we're not privy to what is being said at Cobra meetings of the gov.

The unbeliever struggles to understand. The believer understands because apart from God's grace he would be just like them.

Yes, this is from the extreme right-wing source, but sometimes they have something quite good in it, such as, ]] there a guide for kuffars to distinguish the real from the feigning “moderate” Muslim?).

Now Daniel Pipes isn't extreme right and he does offer good advice in ]] (Smoking Out Islamists via Extreme Vetting), which is not only good advice to Americans but to the British as well,

Todays politics and todays politicians have allowed this culture of hate to invade the UK and Europe.
Whatever they say about integration one thing is for sure the Muslims brought their hostile luggage and satanic reprobate hearts with them.
Immigration is not the fault of the politicians but the weakness of left-Liberalism is a sign of bad leadership and lack of a backbone.

Godly governance comes from the authority of God. (Romans 13). Now that the nations have rejected God and His Bible that authority is punishing western nations.

It doesn't take much spiritual discernment to recognize evil and name it. What is Islam? How does it operate? What has been done in its name in the past? Spiritual discernment would allow the recognition of Islam as a false religion, anti-God and anti-man, but is it needed to see it's results for what they are?

May the Lord bring healing to hurting families who lives have been changed & altered by this act of cowardness. May Christ bring His people to lift up the name of Christ, as their is no other means of salvation in any other.

O' Lord open the spiritual eyes of others who need to be spiritually adopted from up above alone. As tomorrow isn't owed to us, as our next breath isn't guaranteed to us. May the father of lies be exposed in his many ways of spiritual deception be exposed by proclaiming the word of God, that Christ didn't come for the righteous but He came to seek & save sinners, by calling them to saving repentance in Christ alone amen.

I have just read this SA news item. I am in the middle of central London, not Manchester!!

I heard PM Teresa May on BBC Radio 4 News this morning saying something about countering terrorism, but did not keep the radio on to hear any more, so missed what had taken place!!

This is another outrage from the "religion of peace".

Sadly, the main Islamic leaders will use "takiyya" ("sanctified" lying), and say this is not true Islam, more radical ones will refuse to condemn it, and the politicians and "churchmen" will do their usual "kumbaya" political correctness, and say that this has nothing to do with the "religion of peace".

Actually, no doubt this attack was carried out by an ISIS operative, probably a zealous convert to Islam. These are the true Muslims, who follow their Quran, and their "prophet" Muhammed, while other Muslims who deny that this is true Islam, are not real Muslims, or they are using "takiyya"!!!
