Coca-Cola Bows Big to the Gay Agenda

Soft drinks maker Coca-Cola Co has launched a gay-friendly ad featuring a brother and sister vying for the attention of a handsome pool boy in the campaign that has won praise for diversity and inclusion.

"Sibling rivalry never looked more inclusive," Out magazine said of the commercial that debuted last week. Marketing Week also approved.

Although gay-themed movies and television shows are commonplace, advertising has been slower to embrace same-sex couples, especially among marquee brands.ac

The ad, part of the company's global "Taste the Feeling" campaign, features a teenage girl ogling the pool boy from a downstairs window while her brother does the same from upstairs. ...

I want to add to your point and to emphasize Paul 's warning: "Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober." I remember as a kid watching the creepy movie Invasion of the Body Snatchers where people fell asleep and when they woke up they were not the same person. I was so frightened that I fought sleep until the wee hours of the morning. You're right... many of those who I thought were rock solid in defending the faith in the past have fallen asleep and have awaken to become compromisers. They are no longer apologetics for the Gospel but apologetics for immorality. Such is the great apostasy of today.

Right you are, Carl. Everything is just wrong, Upside down and wrong side up. Since OBama and his crew took the reigns, immorality and hate have intensified exponentially, and particular beliefs by the many before his infection, have taken a 180¬į turn. People who frowned on sodomy, for example, Gay marraige, and would have thought a transgender person was a nut, now fight for their rights, or at the very least say, just live and let live.

I'm frustrated right along with you. This is the "strong delusion" of 2Thes 2:11. How else could you explain people denying things that are as obvious as night and day.

Paul says this in his earlier letter to them: 1 Thessalonians 5:4-8 KJV  But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.  (5)  Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.  (6)  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.  (7)  For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.  (8)  But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.

He says that there are two types of people in this season: those who are sleep or drunk and those who are awake or sober. Think about... those who sleep or drunk experience dreams and altered realities while those who are awake and sober see the reality of the situation. Let us stay awake and shake awake those who sleep with the Gospel so they can wake up!

My 18yr old nephew was just live on Facebook, and down on one knee and asking his boyfriend to marry him.
This was followed by hearing an acquaintance claim that anyone can be a Christian and be gay at the same time, among other outrageous lies she claimed to know.
So frustrating, and I wish I could just grab people and shake them awake, but I feel so helpless.
This is the state of this country, amongst others...say it loud enough, long enough, and often enough, and the people will eventually give in to comprimise and begin to believe the polar opposite of all that is true; all that is right and good. Tragic.

I suppose everyone knows this, but it's interesting how any sort of drug could be purchased by anyone from a drug store in the olden days. Opium, morphine, and any sort of pain killer could be bought like a loaf of bread. Even up until the late 80's, early 90's, speed, amphetamines, could be purchased in the form of diet pills, etc. Then there was good old Coka Cola, named after the very drug, cocaine, that it was made with to get anyone who drank it instantly addicted to the euphoria it promised. Times sure we're different back then.

God calls it abomination.

Throughout history man called it a perversion.

May God rebuke this Liberalist sodomite disease which perverts morals and churches in western societies.

"Jude:7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. 8 Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities."

"Gen 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven; 25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground."

All sin is an affront to God. The wrath of God is against of forms of godliness and wickedness. We stand before God covered by the saving grace of Jesus, who is our propitiation. No corporation or people group is anymore sinful than us: accept that our Savior died for our filth and sin and we are forever grateful, having come to him in faith, believing that this Jesus, born of a virgin, living a sinless life, died as a propitiation for my sins and miraculously rose from the dead and forever lives in God and will return to us and establish his kingdom forever. When thinking on this, it makes it plain that sinful people live sinful lives accept for those called out of this broken world by a merciful Savior. All authority has been given to Him.

Hmm. Thanks Allie for your intelligent and Biblical defense of my personal conscious. The issue for me is not about being a bigot (i.e. supporting or not supporting homosexuals). If a homosexual wanted to open up a lemonade stand in the neighborhood I would have no problem buying a cool drink from them; it would be bigoted of me to do otherwise. But if I were to find out that they were using the proceeds to promote and force homosexual causes on the public then they wouldn't get my patronage. ALL businesses do not go out of their way to say that they promote immorality but when they do I become a discerning shopper; there are other fish in the sea. But the time will come when ALL buying and selling will be under one world management that promotes all kinds of evil. When that happens and, Lord willing, I'm still around I'll grow and squeeze my own lemons.
Truth is truth and the scripture is clear on your position. Glad you were encouraged. Press on brother!

Romans 14:23 says that whatever we so that is not of clear conscience is sin when Paul is talking about taking meat sacrificed to animals. If Carl wants to abstain from Coke because they not only agree with Sodomy, but make commercials depicting is his choice to do and no one is to discourage or condemn him. Bible Readers should know that. In fact, I encourage you to read all of Romans front to cover prayerfully and humbly. No other book of the bible so clearly explains the gospel.

Well, that means as of now I've divorced myself from all Coke products. As far as colas go I prefer Pepsi but Coca Cola made other products that I really enjoyed. I was thinking that my little boycott will not make much of a difference until I remembered that many restaurants, hotels, theaters, and businesses only vend Coca Cola products. Considering the cost of various sized bottles, cans, or cups of soda the money spent could amount to at least a couple of hundred dollars a year or more; especially if I was treating others. Its possible that the company could see a shrink in profit margins in some geographical areas.

The bigger picture is that commercial Babylon is making it clear where her immoral allegiance stands; now its time for the saints to make a corresponding stance for righteousness.
