Air Force Removes Posters at Langley AFB Following Sexism Complaints
Several posters that had been on display for at least six years were removed from a wall at Langley Air Force Base after the National Organization for Women and the Military Religious Freedom Foundation complained that they were sexist, according to the Air Force.
The foundation at first filed a complaint by itself about two of the posters with the Air Force on behalf of 16 clients, including Air Force enlisted personnel, officers and civilians, that initially focused on language from a 1955 Air Force manual that repeatedly referenced "faith."
"Men cannot live without faith except for brief moments of anarchy or despair," one poster read. "Faith leads to conviction -- and convictions lead to actions. It is only a man of deep convictions, a man of deep faith, who will make the sacrifices needed to save his manhood. ... It is obvious that our enemy will attack us at our weakest spot. The hole in...
Hi Christopher, no doubt as you say something is very wrong. This is satan's tactic in these days - to constrict (as a serpent does) the truth by preaching tolerance for sin in the name of love. When in reality it is preaching there is no sin (no need for a savior or repentance) in the name of hatred (as it takes you to hell). It is an attack on the truth of man, as the head of woman (1 Cor 11:3). If man is no longer head of woman then Christ is no longer the head of man. Satan in seeking to be like the Most High, wants to take that place and be worshipped. Hence the rise in occultism (satanic worship). May God give us courage to stand for the truth in a day of apostasy.
Hi Jonathan, the feminists are one thing, but when an entire nation, and even our own military forces fall in line with this politically correct nonsense, even to the point that transgenders are being welcomed aboard, come as you are, and Muslims, etc, being appointed to high security positions so nobody's feelings are hurt, etc, etc, something is very, very wrong.
The hole in our armor is our lack of faith. We need to revive a fighting faith by which we can live, and for which we would be willing even to die."
When your enemies act like men And your forces are sissified- look for defeat
Be strong, and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight.1Sam4:9
Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong. 1Cor16:13
A force that "Acquitted itself" as men soon will be labeled unForceful.
