Documented Violations at Over 200 U.S. Abortion Facilities
A pro-life group released a report this week detailing health and safety violations at over 200 U.S. abortion facilities from 2008 to 2016.
“Unsafe: How The Public Health Crisis in America’s Abortion Clinics Endangers Women” was released on Wednesday by Americans United for Life (AUL), outlining 227 abortion facilities throughout 32 states that were cited for a collective 1,400-plus violations.
AUL compiled the investigative report in light of this year’s Supreme Court ruling in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt, which struck down a Texas law requiring that abortion facilities meet the standards of surgical centers....
