Donald Trump accused the media of mocking Christians and vowed to be a champion for religious liberty at a gathering of social conservatives in Washington on Friday.??
Speaking at the Values Voter Summit, the GOP presidential nominee received several standing ovations from the packed ballroom of Christian conservatives.
Trump has at times struggled to convince social conservatives that he can be a trusted advocate for the causes that are important to them, but many have come around as they consider the prospect of a Hillary Clinton presidency....

Change of career at your age? Dirty Harry again: "Do ya feel lucky, punk?" If you do I'd sure recommend you hang on to your night job.
All in good humor, brother. Personally, I believe God has a sense of humor. After all, we were created in His image. And wouldn't He need a sense of humor to put up with us?

I know ya kaint sea it, but I'm a standin hear with ma straw hat helt over ma hart an a tear a runnin down ma cheek. Saddest thing I ever did here. Sometimes life just make no scence.
Today is one day that I could have really used a pick me up, some good news...something. instead, I get to hear Uncle Merles tragic story of broken dreams and heartache. Now I'm going to have tragedy on my mind and sadness over what could have been...

Sorry, I don't mean to insult you all. My pity comes off as being judgemental, or better than you...oh, sorry...than y'all, and I don't mean it that way. I'm fully aware of the hard, unfortunate life of a hillbilly, and a certain lack of, well, let's say, mental prowess. Quitting school after the 4th grade to plow the fields, weaving straw hats to trade for chew, not knowing what shoes are, getting whipped behind the woodshed for having too many teeth, embarassing the kinfolk, and having only to look forward to the weekend goat milking and cow chip tossing contests at cousin Earls trailer. I get it. Sorry for trying to come across as better instead of the intended pity.
I would love for the Donalds claim to be true blue and genuine. Listening and watching closely all this time though, as well as being very familiar with him way before throwing his name in the presidential hat, I have serious concerns about his authenticity. But, that's what prayer is for, but if he's using God for his own benefit and gain, then woe to him.

George W. Bush did not have the opportunity to appoint enough justices to the Supreme Court who are against abortion and homosexuality as there were no liberal justices that were ready to retire. But with the next president there will be liberal justices retiring and the opportunity to make the Supreme Court a majority conservative court.

I don't believe our nation can survive another 4 or more yrs of this administration and that's exactly what we will get with Hillary. So I vote for the Republican Trump with all his flaws and know that we have some Supreme Court appointees coming up and that gives me hope for a chance of conservatives on board. Blessed day to all💕
