A permit is required before students can talk about Jesus at North Carolina State University, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court.

Grace Christian Life, a registered student group at NC State, filed suit over a policy requiring a permit for any kind of student speech or communication anywhere on campus – including religious speech.

“It’s an amazingly broad speech restriction, Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Tyson Langhofer told me. “Public universities are supposed to be the marketplace of ideas, not places where students need a permit just to exercise their constitutionally protected freedoms.” ...

Frank, it would probably be best to tell them that first, they're kinda quick with the knife, you know.

Perfectly said! If we love Christ more than we love the world, the world cannot silence us.

North Carolina State University is in violation of the First Amendment Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech. Why do liberals continue to violate the First Amendment when courts have stated it is not violating the First Amendment to communicate about God the Father or Jesus?

Rudy,

I agree with you about sending a Christian son or daughter to a secular, perverse university. However, if areas of public access are off-bounds for free speech, then the university should be taken to court for violating the First Amendment.

I hear also that the junkyards of Russia, are full of statues of Lenin. Perhaps, NC State University can purchase some of statues of Lenin for the campus square.

This policy of the university resembles Sharia law. Maybe, the university should rename itself to Taliban University.

Then the Feds should do what Lucifer Obama does when institutions oppose his evil agenda and hold back funds, grants etc. to Colleges that Violate the first amendment? And Christians fear a Trump Presidency more than clinton? A man who has been censored would be an ally not an enemy to the Christian faith? We must support the Repub. candidate no matter who it is! It is alos imperative to have the Repubs. hold the House and Senate! Or our liberties are gone forever in America? But then again maybe its time that we adopt an Hebrews 11 faith in these wicked days!

Acts 4:7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this? 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, 4:9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

5:40b they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go. 5:41 And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. 5:42 And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

I was given a permit 2000yrs ago. It was given by Christ and referred to as the Great Commission. The COTUS happens to acknowlege and agree.
