Human Rights Campaign Says Promoting Equality for LGBT People Not at Odds with Christian Faith
The Human Rights Campaign, one of the leading advocates of the Supreme Courtâs decision to legalize gay marriage, is now pushing for people of faith to support Houstonâs Equal Rights Ordinance (HERO).
The Christian Examiner reports that HERO aims to expand the legal protections afforded to Houston residents, regardless of their sexual or gender identity.
Some churches have come out in support of HERO. Houston Unites, a coalition in support of HERO, has garnered support from 16 congregations around the Houston area. Only four religious organizations are actually partners of the coalition, however.
Justin Davis, Human Rights Campaign religion and faith program assistant has said that faith doesnât need to be incompatible with supporting rights for LGBT people....
Oh I see now these people are spokespersons for religious beliefs and Biblical teachings. I thought these double talking idiots wanted SEPARATION from the state being able to make decrees upon religious beliefs, so why are they doing exactly that in this case? Because they are manipulators that is why.
Homosexuality is completely at odds with true biblical faith, and it is at odds with the thrice holy God of heaven and earth. It is an abomination to Him, and He detests this perverse sin. This is not a natural way of living at all, this story attests to that - http://news.yahoo.com/brazilian-female-trio-hitched-021426110.html How disgusting is this sin, and what depravity stems from it! And to think these depraved sinners want to raise children in such a sinful and dysfunctional environment. There is forgiveness and mercy for all sinners in hearing of the Gospel of Christ. May it please the Lord to send forth His truth and open the hearts of sinners.

Something doesn't suddenly become right when one's children start practicing evil.
