California forces Christians to disobey own beliefs

Brown’s signature on AB 775 already has triggered a series of lawsuits, because it forces religious pregnancy clinics to tell women and girls that California has public programs to provide immediate, free or low-cost abortions.

The Pacific Justice Institute announced Monday the filing of lawsuits in both Southern and Northern California on behalf of clinics.

The organizations provide free medical services and counseling “as an alternative option to abortion to women facing unwanted pregnancies,” the organization said.

“Forcing a religious pro-life charity to proclaim a pro-abortion declaration is on its face an egregious violation of both the free speech and free exercises clauses of the First Amendment,” said Brad Dacus, president of the institute. ...

...to worship Him is to love Him. If we love Him, we will follow Him. If we follow Him, we will do as He commands. If we do as He commands, the fruits of that obedience will be seen by all.
Doing as He commands isn't limited to the observance of the Ten Commandments. Doing as He commands, among other things, is standing with Him on proper doctrine, and against any individual or system which adds to or takes away from His own teachings. To worship and love Him is to abhor those things He abhors and to stand strong, publicly and privately, against the clever, but obvious, devices of Satan, no matter if it interferes with our comfort zone, makes us unpopular, or divides us against friend, family, or the world.
Our time is short, we know the right ways and the wrong ways, the true doctrines and false doctrines. To consistently fight for any system which claims to love and worship Him, yet teaches fatally false doctrines, even usurping His own authority, is to openly fight against Him. There is no gray area. We are totally with Him, or totally against Him.

Well parrot, for starters the above verse 18 is dependent on verses 14-17; especially verse 17.
According to your own testimony, you are not a son of the most high. That is your testimony and I only posted this for the occasional viewer who "might" be confused by your comment. Last one!
Catholics are not unbelievers because they worship Jesus as God. An unbeliever does not worship Jesus as God. What it states in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 is not required for salvation.

In the system set up by the U.S. Constitution, the national government is divided into three branches: legislative, executive, and judicial. These three branches are not independent of one another because the Constitution set up a system of checks and balances to help ensure that no one branch became too powerful. Each branch has powers that it can use to check and balance the operations and power of the other two branches.
I started to respond since I also had civics 101, but believe it or not I didn't remember as much as you did. Anyway, the only thing I would have added is there have been 33 amendments to this supposedly Christian document. I wonder why all those amendments were needed.

Frank, I'm sorry you have such a closed mind to the Bible yet, but so be it. I really don't care for the Satan loving anti-abortionists, who do believe, "the ends justifies the means." They are just as much the servants of Satan as the abortionists are in God eyes.
Well Jim, who would have thought you would set up a rabbit trail, which is of course setting up an argument that hasn't even remotely been put forth. The only way to explain that is to say the Lord is touching your heart and I pray you will listen to Him.

Thanks MS, and Dr. Roger Clark from Germany. Both of you were an encouragement to me and most importantly a testimony to Jim.

I see you deleted your original post. However, your re-post is just as much a rabbit trail as the original. Why can't you answer my straight forward question as to when life begins?

Just for the record, will you please answer my question as to when life begins or do as Obama did and say it is above his paygrade. I already said and can prove that it is at conception. Or you can email me and I will send you a very well written abortion meditation that I did.
Yes, Re. 21:8 is very true and it is just as true and morally binding to those who promote murder.
I will also freely admit that my primary agenda with interracting with you is to expose you to the public and of course draw you to repentance and faith in my Lord and Savior.
Thank you for your christian forebearancein dealing with the views of Jim from Lincoln. I agree with you entirely.

Frank, so you dislike Reuters News Service for some reason? Actually what I should have put up is what --apparently-- is happening many of these anti-abortion clinics are the servant of Satan just as much as abortionists are Many are just plain liars! They will be right in their in the lake of fire with the abortionists!

Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."---]]NASB

Do you know one of the reasons this AB775 became law? Because like good Commies, these Anti-abortionists believed that, "The ends justify the means!" This is one reason that I push ]]Birthright International--Philosophy because they are up front with people unlike at least some of the ]]Crisis pregnancy center(s).

So, I didn't put up any of that material, well at least till now. ]]Reuters... just gave facts.

“Said services include medical consultations, pregnancy testing, ultrasound examinations and medical referrals. The plaintiff also provides education related to sexually transmitted diseases and infections, information and abortion procedures, prenatal education, nutrition information and fetal development education.

“A Woman’s Friend holds the

The second organization cited in the complaint is the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Northern California, which offers services similar to A Woman’s Friend.

It does not, the complaint explains, “counsel girls and women to obtain abortions.”

Well Jim, according to your desire your Caesar’s (thanks Mike from NY) moral viewpoint is once again being forced on the public. You do realize that the only ones who will undergo abortions are murderers who simply want to destroy life to accommodate their situations. Oh, I almost forgot some are poor and/or have headaches. I know what you are thinking. If these women don’t murder their little babies, then that doesn’t mean they are necessarily saved (IOM), so society has an obligation to at least offer them the option of murder. So, you and I agree; simply because someone doesn’t murder someone, that does not in fact mean they are saved. But the difference is that Christians will still not set up a societal law that encourages or condones sin and will fight those that do.

You do realize that our Lord will charge them with murder on judgment day. But until that day, let me ask you a question. When does life begin? And if that is above your pay grade, let me tell you; at conception.

"... constitutional attorney Herbert W. Titus of William J. Olson, P.C. told WND that according to the First Amendment, you “can’t be forced to carry someone else’s message.”
In New York, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals said the state could require crisis pregnancy centers to disclose whether they have a licensed medical provider on staff but not whether the center provides abortions or referrals, because that runs afoul of the First Amendment.
The ruling was left untouched by the Supreme Court.
Titus, who has taught constitutional law, common law and other subjects for decades at several universities, said it’s “not the government’s business to force anybody to carry the message of anyone else.”
“That is certainly what’s being done here.”
Thomas Jefferson, he noted, described that very action as “sinful and tyrannical.”

“It’s fairly typical of California, [which is] always

on the cutting edge of
making us more and more
like
a
fascist
country, in which the state determines what we can say and what we can’t say,” Titus told WND.

“A Woman’s Friend holds the biblically based conviction that human life is a precious gift of immeasurable value given by God and that the taking of innocent human life by abortion is evil and a sin.”
