Boy Scouts' leader says ban on gay adults not sustainable
The national president of the Boy Scouts, Robert Gates, says the organization's longstanding ban on participation by openly gay adults is no longer sustainable and is urging change in order to avert potentially destructive legal battles.

"The status quo in our movement's membership standards cannot be sustained," said Gates, a former U.S. secretary of defense....

You are absolutely correct. I experienced this when I went to adopt a child. My heart sunk. We who have the wisdom of God and the power of God by the indwelling Spirit of the Lord must reach as many parents with the Gospel as possible. We must pray without ceasing.
Some things are just too grievous to talk about. This is one of them.

"...not sustainable for population growth." This is the best thing to happen - non productivity in and of itself. Now! What Christians need to do is adopt as many children they can out of state systems so that these illegitimate, ungodly, infectious sinners won't adopt them. This is so grievous it is hard to remain sound in my thoughts. Also, churches need to provide after-school programs for children of Christian parents and assist in training this generation for God.
