On the verge of being released to a halfway house after more than eight years in prison, the popular creation-science lecturer and theme-park creator known as Dr. Dino was convicted in March on new charges in his tax-related case.
A federal judge, however, acquitted Kent Hovind on Monday of the March conviction for contempt of court and on Tuesday dismissed mail fraud and conspiracy charges in connection with court filings on land seized by the federal government in his case.
“There is no question the government presented substantial evidence at trial from which a reasonable jury could have found that Hovind caused lis pendens to be filed on several of the properties identified in the forfeiture order,” Rodgers wrote in her order granting the acquittal. “The question though is whether Hovind’s conduct – particularly, the filing of the lis pendens – was clearly prohibited by the forfeiture...

Hi Pennelope sorry didn't see your question before I only come here once a month maybe. You don't come here to get a job, you come here to escape funding baby killing, free yourself and children from being indoctrinated or forced to take part in homosex agenda, have your possessions confiscated for any number of Antichrist laws, etc. etc. etc.
You get a cheap house here out in the country with 10+ hectares and do your own farming and self sufficiency type of lifestyle ($50k usd possible for entry level place in country, almost zero property tax too). But if you want you can go in the nasty big city here Asuncion and teach english and live in an apt, yea, that is about it for jobs. Other than that expats start their own companies for international services or run restaurants, auto shops or whatever skill they have.
Zero worldwide income tax no capital gains tax from international investments no inheritance tax no gift tax 10% income tax from local sources only
Move your money to singapore, gibraltar, cook islands, etc. first. If you want to escape the usa then you need to renounce your citizenship after you gain residency here to get all those tax advantages.
How does a freeborn man and woman and their freeborn children who are citizens of the kingdom of heaven get into these particular lands without harassment?

Kent getting out & preaching will help. Even the drift from himself & his godly son Eric has needed fatherly correction. A loving dad warns about drifting away from God's word and lukewarm churchianity !
Kent saw the fake money system & fake bibles& fake old earth "creationism" as dangerous , so when the trumped up charges got him corralled for being so effective in exposing the lie of evolution, the fake churches just left him hanging. He had offended them by truth.
The older generation isn't necessarily right but deference to Bible based wisdom from experience brethren like Kent can help. He got in trouble for warning about this beast system and we see it trying to gobble him & us. But greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.
Those young pups in 1 Ki 12 with their attitude are a good warning for us against the sin of pride. See Obadiah ch 1. Kent has had a humble attitude throuout his ordeal.
Marks like birth certificates and ss#'s are instruments of commerce issued by the beast. If children are not aborted they are sold. Soon parents will eat their children all in the name of Jesus. Prayers answered, scripture quoting...yada yada

Its not just the elders, as one year I thought we had enough to ask the congregation for a vote. The trustees quickly discouraged anyone from attempting a move on the tax free status.
I wonder how many people reading this know who the Trustees of their own churches are?

Of course there were many reasons but taxes(tribute) clearly is a specific one ---- So when all Israel saw that the king hearkened not unto them, the people answered the king, saying, What portion have we in David? neither have we inheritance in the son of Jesse: to your tents, O Israel: now see to thine own house, David. So Israel departed unto their tents. But as for the children of Israel which dwelt in the cities of Judah, Rehoboam reigned over them. Then king Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was over the tribute; and all Israel stoned him with stones, that he died. Therefore king Rehoboam made speed to get him up to his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem. So Israel rebelled against the house of David unto this day. 1Ki ?12?:?16-19

You mean you can't print unbacked dollars? Oh right, that's the job of the federal reserve.

1 Kings 11:29-35 says The Lord planned to divide the kingdom because of their idolatry & lack of keeping the good example of David. 11:33 Founders reading: broke off based on tyrannical oppression
Thy father made our yoke grievous: now therefore make thou the grievous service of thy father, and his heavy yoke which he put upon us, lighter, and we will serve thee. 1Ki12:4 And the king answered the people roughly, and forsook the old men's counsel that they gave him; And spake to them after the counsel of the young men, saying, My father made your yoke heavy, and I will add to your yoke: my father also chastised you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions. 1Ki 12:13-14
Stupid advice from the young being followed vs listening to the elders is another cause. Because that they have forsaken me, and have worshipped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, Chemosh the god of the Moabites, and Milcom the god of the children of Ammon, and have not walked in my ways, to do that which is right in mine eyes, and to keep my statutes and my judgments, as did David his father. 1Ki 11:33 David touted here.
1 Kings 12:22 - 24. But the word of God came unto Shemaiah the man of God, saying, Speak unto Rehoboam, the son of Solomon, king of Judah, and unto all the house of Judah and Benjamin, and to the remnant of the people, saying, Thus saith the Lord, Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren the children of Israel: return every man to his house; for this thing is from me. The rebellion was of God for a specific cause: to divide the Kingdom because of David's sin. Not for unjust taxation. I'm not saying that to rebel for your rights is not the right course... My point is, (again) for you to be careful what Scriptures you use to "prove" that a certain action is acceptable.

Every pastor in America, regardless of denomination, should have already started proclaiming “the spirit of resistance” (Thomas Jefferson) to their church congregations; they should already be extolling the Biblical mandate to resist tyranny; 1 ki 12 was used a lot in the 1700s...
Gun grabbing was more an issue than taxes in 1776 Upon spotting the citizen militia, a British officer demanded the men throw down their arms. They refused; and the British troops immediately opened fire. Eight of the Minutemen were instantly killed. The colonists returned fire in self-defense, and the shot was fired that was heard ’round the world. By the time the troops arrived at the Concord Bridge, just a few miles away, hundreds of colonists were waiting for them with muskets in hand, and the rest, as they say, is history.
attempted gun confiscation ignited America’s War for Independence. ...it was the pastor of the Church of Lexington and members of his congregation who were the Minutemen of Lexington Green. ]]baldwin

It is like saying that betraying a leader like pharaoh is ok, because in the Bible midwives did it, and it resulted in Salvation of Moses & all Israel by not killing male babies.
Anghis is great source for founder's perspective.
God told the King not to overtax&enslave His people. The King rebelled. Then the people rebelled against unjust laws.
"So Israel rebelled against the house of David ...." The Lord said"Thus saith the LORD,Ye shall not go up, nor fight against your brethren the children of Israel: return every man to his house; for
this thing is from me.
They hearkened therefore to the word of the LORD,and returned to depart, according to the word of the LORD."
Rebellion against The Lord by leaders leads to godly rebellion against tyranny.
Ex:1 Shiphrah, and Puah: 16And he said, When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live. 17But the midwives feared God, and did not as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the men children alive
