A pastor at the Christ Evangelical and Intercessory Fellowship Ministries, Kaduna, Yohanna Buru, on Saturday fed 400 prison inmates, mainly Muslims, at the Kaduna Central Prisons to mark the Eid el Kabir celebration.
Mr. Buru also provided food for 600 inmates of a Destitute Home located on Kano Road in the metropolis.
Presenting the food along with soft drinks and bathing soaps, the pastor said that the gesture was to enable the prisoners and the destitute to participate in the sallah celebration.
He called on well-meaning Nigerians to always remember and assist the less-privilege in the society....
