Jerome Corsi: LBJ Knew About and Supported JFK's Assassination
President Lyndon B. Johnson knew about and supported President John F. Kennedy's assassination, New York Times bestselling author Dr. Jerome Corsi tells Newsmax.
As the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy approaches, Corsi released his latest book Wednesday, "Who Really Killed Kennedy?" looking at who was really behind the assassination of the president and the veracity of the Warren Commission, who headed up the investigation.
"Jack Kennedy was going to replace Lyndon Johnson in [the] 1964 ticket and a major scandal in the Bobby Baker case was about to break in LIFE magazine, which would have ruined Lyndon Johnson's career," Corsi said in an exclusive interview with Newsmax TV.
Corsi argues that the assassination was organized at the "highest levels of government" by former Central Intelligence Agency chief Allen Dulles....
All the Kennedy assassination conspiracies, there are quite a few I never heard of, that you could wish for, John F. Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories. I might have alluded to the fact that Kennedy may have been suicidal (I'll really say it was foolishness, though). He couldn't have been assassinated, if he hadn't demanded the convertible or open-topped car to ride in. He should have shown some common sense for the sake of his wife and other passengers, like the Governor of Texas who was shot also.
No average citizen knows what happened,it would nice if those who claim to know what happned on one side would offer as much informnation as those on the other side that claim to know what happened.....the average citizen knows nothing except what he or she is told by the media.
Too many people just can't accept that Kennedy in his overweening desire to be re-elected, did such a foolish thing as riding in an open-top limousine. The best outside cause I ever heard of was that Irish Kennedys went after the Italian mobsters who helped JFK carry Illinois. The Mafia encouraged and set Oswald up to do the job. Of course both groups being good Catholics ( Is A Catholic Christian An Oxymoron? (PDF now an html)) no one wants to believe that, and the experts who put forth this theory said there was no legal proof that this happened. There was just circumstances that pointed in that direction.
So was Oswald the lone assassin? Yes! Did Johnson have anything to do with it? No! He was politician, which makes him a lowlife, but not a murderer It's one of those few instances, that I'll agree with John Y. on something.
