Thousands Flock to Download Movie that Debunks Evolution; Atheists Furious
Los Angeles, Calif. July 12, 2013 - CHRISTIAN NEWS SERVICE - A new documentary that debunks evolution became available this week and it has atheists furious. Evolution vs. God became available July 9 on the Internet and has since seen thousands of downloads.
“We had no idea that there would be a response like this, but it shows that this is an issue of great concern to a lot of people,” said Ray Comfort, best-selling author, TV co-host and producer of the movie. “It was Sir Isaac Newton who said that atheism ‘is so senseless.’ How could anyone believe that nothing created everything? That’s scientifically impossible.”
Comfort maintains Evolution vs. God seeks to show a Creator is behind everything....
No, it isn't Nardo. Not surprisingly, you don't understand the difference between created "kinds" and modern species (a biblical or created kind is much broader than modern species). When we talk about "kinds" we are not simply referring to genetic variations (i.e. size of beaks) within kinds (finches), not even rapid speciation or different species of finches (which are perfectly compatible with the creation model)but rather the kind of genetic information-increasing change necessary to produce vertical (simple to complex) evolution "from the goo, through the zoo, to you"---from one "kind" to a totally different "kind"; for example, from fish to amphibian,reptile to bird, ape-man (hominid) to man, etc.--the kind of information-increasing change that we find nowhere in nature.
Therefore, it is perfectly reasonable and scientific for Ray Comfort to ask someone to "tell me about something that became a different "kind." The differences in finches don't qualify; they still remain finches--not an example of information-increasing change from one kind to a totally different kind (fixety of kinds, not fixety of sopecies).
The question regarding "tell me about something that became a different kind" is absolutely ridiculous. He won't accept that Darwin's finches became "different kinds" of finches. The logic used in the questioners tactic can be used on Christians: "Have you ever met this person called Jesus?" "How do you know he actually existed then?" "Did you, or do you know anyone who witnessed Jesus' crucifixion?" "Can you prove he came back to life after three days in that sealed tomb?" "Have you met God?" "No. So how can you prove He exists? I guess I'm agnostic about both athiests and believers. But these interviews with a handful of people are, in my opinion, a bogus method of proving or disproving anything.
Richard Dawkins said, “Biology is the study of complicated things that give the appearance of having been designed for a purpose.” (Richard Dawkins, The Blind Watchmaker, 1996, p. 1). He enlarges on this thought: “We may say that a living body or organ is well designed if it has attributes that an intelligent and knowledgeable engineer might have built into it in order to achieve some sensible purpose… any engineer can recognize an object that has been designed, even poorly designed, for a purpose, and he can usually work out what that purpose is just by looking at the structure of the object.” {Richard Dawkins, The Blind Watchmaker, 1996, p. 21). In other words, when normal people see clear evidence for design, they conclude that evidence for design indicates design.
Astrophysicist, Dr Hugh Ross, for instance, has identified 148 astrophysical parameters that must be ‘just so’ for a planet to exist that can support human life, yet the odds against this happening by chance are, he calculates, many times greater than the total number of stars in the entire universe! Limited space prevents me from elaborating more on evidence (i.e, genetic information/structure of cell, human body, etc.) for a super-intelligent Designer (God).
I found this video very amusing but am not suprised at such "muddled" thinking based on past experience debating skeptics and atheists. What scares me is the thought that these [students] are going to be the future leaders of tomorrow in their chosen fields. God help us.
This documentary is precisely why evolutionists avoid debates with capable Christian apologists. They understand they've won over much of the secular population through propaganda and ridicule of creationists, so why risk being challenged and exposed...their version of a prevent defense to borrow football vernacular.
I was astonished at the responses by educated people to the facts as Ray Comfort presented them to them. I know the video had to be edited but even so I am sure that knowing Ray he would not have distorted the overall meaning and outcome. It is nice to think that when presented in a logical and 'on their level' discussion about the truth that people have to admit to its veracity. The most ridiculous thing of that movie- really you gotta question their sanity " really human beings are just fish...." uhhhh- like that guy is a professor of something and he says the award for saying the most ridiculous thing I have heard at least this year. Dyu remember the story of the emporers new clothes....anyone got the guts to tell him hes stupid ?????
After watching this video by Ray comfort, the video itself proves without a doubt that God is true and He has spoken through His word (the Bible). See what He has to say in Psalm 14:1.

Christopher000 There is likely a whole lot of things we could remember and tell of in the Evolution vs God controversy. For me one of the most significant was the utter hostility I discovered when I told an individual who had rejected God and who now believed in evolution (no God) that I was taking my daughter to see

Anyway personally I like Ben Stein's movie (and recommend it with the disclaimer that Ben Stein is Jewish and we should pray for his salvation) and have enjoyed as well the one by Ray Comfort too.
AND if I am remembering correctly "Expelled" really touches on the issue of FREEDOM or LIBERTY of conscience and thought, which for a child of God are intimately interrelated to living by the faith God gives us individually vs being controlled by others and what they demand us to think, do etc. to please them
I've done a lot of research into the evolution vs intelligent design debate and the science supporting evolution, the big bang umbrella, etc, is just ridiculous for the most part. Even many evolutionists have said that life without intelligent design is impossible. Instead of searching out God though, they begin preaching panspermia. Anyway, there are so many solid evidences for intelligent design, but for me, the most convincing argument of all is irreducible complexity.
The self-righteousness of those who assert Evolution falls apart the more you ask them questions. And these people think they are "higher" and "educated" yet they cannot articular intelligently any consistent, logical explanations with any sense of common reasoning. "Professing to be wise they became fools". The truth is they merely want to mock the Bible, God, and the Christian religion on nothing more than personal prejudice.
Gotta watch the movie- send it to like everyone. It's awesome...it's all in the DNA - all life starts with DNA ....and DNA cannot just occur from nothing no matter how long you wait....evolution the greatest con of the latter days.....
