Supreme Court justice: U.S. Constitution inferior
One member of the U.S. Supreme Court, whose members are sworn to uphold the Constitution of the United States, says she would look elsewhere ‚Äď Canada, South Africa and Europe ‚Äď should she be tasked with writing a constitution now.

The stunning statements come from Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

She is a Clinton appointee. Obama's appointee's are worse (Sotomayer and Kagan).

Yes, Mike, Ruth is infamous for falling asleep on the bench. Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any testing for senility or other mental failings for Supreme Court justices. Unfortunately, many of the judges are no better than the Presidents who had picked them, Clinton and Bush being the proof of that statement of mine.
Thanks for being consistent, Jim.

Lets not be too hard on Ginsberg. It may just be slipping mental faculties. I wonder if they test lifetime judges for this from time to time?

Ah, you are wrong! Ruth Ginsburg was appointed by that great Southern Baptist President, Bill Clinton

I'm not really sure that it is breaking the oath she took in preferring how some other constitutions are written. She can a Meyer the context and style and prefer it over the American Constitution, about breaking her oath.

Even Americans have been unhappy with the Constitution. The Bill of Rights being the first and most important modification. There have been other modifications as well through the years.

Of course Ginsburg is treacherous; what do you expect with unbelievers? But at least she's being candid here.

I have far greater disgust with disingenuous oath-breakers within organized Christianity. If you don't hold with a Confession or Statement of Faith, say so instead of giving a false impression to a church or seminary.
