Hundreds more Church of England defections expected

At least 20 clergy and several hundred of their parishioners are already lined up to join the Ordinariate, the new structure set up by the Pope a year ago that allows them to remain some of their Anglican heritage while entering into full communion with the Holy See.

But many more members of the Anglo-Catholic wing of the Church of England are likely to defect following a critical meeting of its governing body, the General Synod, if traditionalists who cannot accept the ordination of women are denied special provision.

The head of the Ordinariate, Mgr Keith Newton, told The Daily Telegraph: ‚ÄúThere are in the region of 15 to 20 people who I think will be coming over this year. These are ordained Anglicans who wish to petition the Holy See for ordination.‚ÄĚ ...

Good answer.

Being justly damned, did God honor their prayers over the bread and wine before they were drug out of the closet by their accusers?

And if no; what of the fate of those who crossed into eternity while trusting they were being fed the actual body and blood of Christ to the saving of their souls? Also damned?

At the end of the day there'll be Baptists and Roman Catholics left at the table discussing how to be more perfectly one
Baptists and the idolatrous Roman Catholic heresy are shedding pew fillers and pulpit pushers just as fast as any other denomination.

The sign of the times is that the "church" is dead. This is all too true of most of that which calls itself church today. Many many pew fillers wouldn't know the Bible from the back end of a bus. Many many of the preachers wouldn't know sin from a bicycle. Thus the churches which "survive" - if it can be called that - today are playing religious games in middle class societies.

As Jesus Himself teaches, "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven."
Even though these "many" today are quite convinced they are bound for heaven.

What the elect find today in church and society is that the trial and tribulation has taken on the aspect of an ever decreasing size of witness and true Bible doctrine knowing which reveals that truth is limited, the flesh is irreconcilable and election is contracted.

The pro-gay preacher denominations: UCC, ECUSA, ELCA, CoE, CoS, PC(USA) are damned.

Methodists are soon to join the above group.

Presbyterianism is meant to be a single organization with a single General Assembly, not 100s of splinter organizations all in schism with each other. They've betrayed their very name, their founding fathers' intent and Jesus' requirement that Christians be one.

Lutherans still follow one man contrary to Scripture.

At the end of the day there'll be Baptists and Roman Catholics left at the table discussing how to be more perfectly one.

These CoE folks can't stand the stench where they are. They have to chose either Baptist or swim the Tiber back to Rome by the absolute grace of God.
