UK Office for Standards in Education seeks clampdown on homeschooling
A controversial Ofsted report on home education has been slammed by the new Chairman of the influential House of Commons Education Select Committee.

The education watchdog has said it wants legislation which would require ‚Äúparents to register their intention to home educate‚ÄĚ with local authorities.

And the report also called for local authority officials to be allowed to enter homes annually to ‚Äúmonitor the child‚Äôs progress‚ÄĚ and have a private discussion with the child.

It is the parent's right to teach their children.

I know this is about the UK, but in our Constitution it does not give the state nor federal government the right to erect schools or enforce schooling.

It's the parent's job.
no matter what anyone says.

Home Schooling again is going to become more difficult with countries that have large Muslim populations because Islam is so anti-civilization, the Inadequacy of Islam. However in Great Britain, one would wonder where oversight is needed in both home and private schooling of Muslims would it be carried out or just for Christians? UK: SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS APPEAR IN MUSLIM AREAS, TARGETS -TERRORISTS.. Due to the fact that Muslim terrorists don't like their actions monitored, the authorities are thinking of putting plsstic bags over the cameras to protect the terrorists' privacy.
