Researchers believe they have found evidence of real natural disasters on which the ten plagues of Egypt, which led to Moses freeing the Israelites from slavery in the Book of Exodus in the Bible, were based.
But rather than explaining them as the wrathful act of a vengeful God, the scientists claim the plagues can be attributed to a chain of natural phenomena triggered by changes in the climate and environmental disasters that happened hundreds of miles away.
Archaeologists now widely believe the plagues occurred at an ancient city of Pi-Rameses on the Nile Delta, which was the capital of Egypt during the reign of Pharaoh Rameses the Second, who ruled between 1279BC and 1213BC....
Got a plague of Locusts here at the present.Locusts from Goa to Woa.Anyone want to buy some.I will sell you Mum Dad and the Kids.Trouble is the Kids come by the Thousands. How come Locusts cannot see my Car coming? Maybe because it is White.
Hmmm...so the scoffers think they have explained the plaques, what about the Israelites who were so close to the plagues yet remained untouched, by all plagues! And what is God's reaction to their scoffing? "He sits in the heavens and laughs!"
Psalm 2 Why are the nations in an uproar And the peoples devising a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth take their stand And the rulers take counsel together Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, 3 ‚ÄúLet us tear their fetters apart And cast away their cords from us!‚ÄĚ 4 He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them.
"....attributed to a chain of natural phenomena triggered by changes in the climate and environmental disasters...."
Typical of the reprobate scientists working for Satan - THEY USE GLOBAL WARMING TO seek to disprove the Bible record and the Word of God. Anything to replace the authority of God the modern mans "scientific" mind games.
Satan is definitely still subtle in his sinful work on ignorant man.
Satan. "Did God REALLY say that"???
Man (in natural state). "Well maybe not! We can find a human "scientific" solution instead"
Satan. "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil." Gen 3:5
"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good." Psalm 53.
This is not the case of non-believers becoming believers because of physical evidence, but non-believers looking for physical evidence to deny the miraculous. The modern-day magicians are looking for ways to deny God even when an obvious miracle has happened.

So, your pastors won't have explained all of the evidence for the Bible, they can just direct you to the John Ankerberg site.
"The wrathful act of a vengeful God" wow!. Is this the same God of John.3/16. Or the god of their own imagination?
Isn`t it true that the ungodly have no good opinions of the God of The Bible & The Lamb. His long suffering/ almost unbelievable offer of Salvation paid for by another/ Pardon for Sin/ the slate wiped clean/ a new start/ a new heart/ Eternal Life, Fellowship with One whose word can still be trusted, ect, undeserved/ unearned but still freely offered to All. I still find it amazing even after conversion 39 years ago
San Jose John wrote: To me it's insulting, but maybe I'm just being overly sensitive. I guess I should rejoice that at least SOME scientists are coming to the right conclusions!
John, what aggrevates me is to sit in a church on Sunday morning and have the preacher start giving facts about the existence of Jesus. To me, that's the proverbial "preaching to the choir". Maybe he was led to give the sermon because there were people in the room that needed to hear it. I really didn't.
