New Hampshire Senate Passes Gay Marriage Bill
CONCORD, N.H. — The New Hampshire Senate voted narrowly on Wednesday to legalize same-sex marriage, paving the way for the state to potentially become the fifth in the nation — and the third this month — to allow gay couples to wed.

The Democratic-controlled Senate voted 13 to 11 in favor of the bill, but only after a last-minute amendment strengthened language granting legal protections for religious groups and organizations that do not want to perform or help carry out same-sex marriages.

The House, which approved the marriage bill by a seven-vote margin last month, must vote on the Senate’s amended version. But supporters and opponents predicted that version would pass the House, which is more liberal and was more enthusiastic about same-sex marriage from the start. ...

I am convinced that there is a conspiracy going on as it relates to same-sex "marriage". Isn't it interesting that some of these Northeastern States are leglislating homosexuality through the politicians and not the people of their respective States?

The politicians know that if put to a vote, they would lose! May God give us discernment and backbone in this battle for traditional marriage.

Kentucky passed legislation to change the Commonwealth's constitution to make marriage between a man and a woman. They also placed language in the amendment that said the state would not recognize such a marriage if preformed in other states. Shortly after the biggest state university "UK" passed a section in their charter to give benefits to same sex couples. I just don't see how that would be legal. It is a state run institution. I don't want anyone to get chastised or beaten up because they are gay, however, I don't really care for taxpayers taking care of them either!

yes but you know the same ones that rape the female soldiers are the ones that will go after the other men if the women arent there. They just want some where to put it and they dont care where. when i was at sea a lot of the stewards thats men that worked in the catering dept were gay but they were more camp. they were good workers and had a quick sense of humour but it was obvious what they were up to but they were a recognisable type hiding nothing, but there was another type that you would never guess liked men. In port they would find women but if it was a long voyage after some weeks they would look around, thats the type that some of these soldiers are.

ouch ! thats painful to read !

There is also a link betwen sodomy, violemce and cannibalism which is what the missionaries found in primitive or as we creationists say 'devolved ' communities there have been some quite well known cases of sodomy murder and cannibalism recently in the uk and germany , mr gay uk was guilty of this

the bible calls sodomites dogs so if you want to think about what packs of dogs get up to and what the worst kind of dog youve met does then thats the mentality of 'gays'

alos jesus was prophesied to be surrounded by dogs at his crucifiction, this is the roman soldiers who were often homosexuals (it doesnt stop you fighting) they werent allowed to marry bgut thats not the reason they were sodomites, the life appealed to that kind of man, rough sex and brutality and violence

Indeed, Imperial Germany had its ]]Harden-Eulenburg Affair ca. 1907

"Dietrich Graf von Hülsen-Häseler, chief of the Military Secretariat, was performing a pas seul (dance) in a tutu when his heart failed."

BTW, I didn't have to dig far to find this stuff; it just popped up in mainstream historical works I read, & now it's in Wikipedia.

I think the so-called "Stonewall Riots" in 1969 or 1970 were in response to police in NYC cracking down on sodomite bars, which apparently they did periodically back then. (Soon the police will be cracking down on churches who speak out against sodomy - imagine!) I think the Georgia law was overturned by the Supreme Court in the '80s based on a criminal case.

While the dark side of Victorian England was producing people like Wilde, much of the modern homosexual movement was beginning in Germany. We are reaping the fruit (no pun intended) of this movement that sprang from the society that also gave us the "higher criticism" apostasy, Nazism (many of the leaders of the SS were homosexuals, BTW), and the Green party.

Irish playwright Oscar Wilde, believed to have been a pederast, was tried & convicted for "gross indecency" under the Criminal Law Amendment Act & sentenced to 2 yrs hard labor in 1895. I think it is safe to assume that America & England were not far apart in enforcement of such laws back then.

But not everyone approved: "Why does not the Crown prosecute every boy at a public or private school or half the men in the universities?" This suggests that while sodomy was scandalous, it was not necessarily rare in Victorian Britain, which had its dark side. And a notorious quote falsely attributed to Winston Churchill was, "The only traditions of the Royal Navy are rum, sodomy, and the lash."

OTOH, adultery, so long as it was discreet, was acceptable among Victorian aristos. Bed-hopping was a popular way to advance one's career. Winston Churchill's parents were notorious in this respect (N.B., his mother was American but way outside the prudish stereotype).

Well, legally, I believe some southern state like Georgia had a law against it, but it was pointed out it was unprovable unless you violated ]]Effects of Sodomy Laws actually seem to have been very positive, though the the site that this came from might not think so, you can see it's really has been around 10 years since the subject has been discussed, though the effects of Sodomy can't be escaped, ]]pathophysiology of male homosexuality rated "M". Of course, ]]The Bible Says Homosexuality is Sin.

Does anyone know how long ago it was that sodomites were prosecuted for crimes against nature in this country? Just curious as to when this slippery slide began.
