Judiciary Committee greenlights 'hate crimes'
Members of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee today rejected an opportunity to protect Christian pastors who preach the biblical condemnation of homosexuality and approved on a 15-12 vote a "hate crimes" bill that supporters admit could be used to bring charges against religious leaders.

The bill, H.R. 1913, now will be considered by the full House of Representatives.

The committee rejected a number of amendments offered by several members seeking to protect religious liberty, to protect the unborn, to protect against violence by illegal aliens, and to clarify the bill's meanings of "gender identity" and "sexual orientation." ...

Stop - spiritual treason.

Fear of man is the trap.
Timid - out of the gap.

Prison through the ages.
Men of God in cages.

They may assault us soon.
May we be salt in wound.

Dear, pastor, have courage.
From firey flurries.

The cross, His cross, our cross.
He will extract the dross.

Be strong and courageous.

Congress needs more good and godly members instead of the reprobates it now has. They know that a large majority of Americans are against homosexuality. So, they simply "fix" the problem by making a bill that supports their vile beliefs. We must contact our members of congress and tell them to oppose bill H.R.1913.

1st Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

9th Amendment:

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

It is really the U.S. Constitution, particularly "The Bill of Rights" which is under attack. To establish the "supposed" & "illegitimate" rights of a few will abrogate the "fundamental" & "legitimate" rights of the many, including Christians, whose practice includes being "light," both in speech and conduct.

"But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light." Eph. 5:13

"The federal hate crimes bill is bad news for everyone," said Brad Dacus of Pacific Justice Institute, who testified in Congress against the bill two years ago.

"Instead of treating all crime victims equally, it creates a caste system where select groups, such as gays and lesbians, are given greater priority in the criminal justice system. This is not progress; it is political correctness. In other nations and states, the adoption of hate crimes legislation has been the first step toward widespread suppression of speech and ideas critical of homosexuality," he said.


The intent of sodomites, lesbians, trans-gendered, etc... is to see themselves (their life-style) elevated to that of a super protected class.
